First of all I am growing old waiting for our order. It's been 2 mths and it feels like 2 years! And there is no customer service to call. After multiple emails I have still not heard from them. What gives Sammydress.com? I know your stuff is cheap but why over two months. By time you get the order (if I do) it's out of style. I haven't received the order... I am a concerned about the review I will give to it. I am hopeful.

I have STILL not received this delivery after more than 6 WEEKS after placing my order.
I have sent 5 emails requesting my order be canceled and refund given, and all they send back is the same automatic message telling me to check with my post office. I will be disputing the charges with my cc company, but what a hassle- all due to this disgusting and unethical "business". Clearly any positive reviews have been fake.

Ordered stylish shirts, sized XL and 2XL. While they did come (others in other reviews claim they aren't sent, so be wary of this practice they use to bilk you), they were the size of a child's shirt. What gives? They were marked on the packages and on the shirts as XL and 2XL, but would only fit a child. They also were very poor quality - I can see my hand through the material and the threading around the buttons and seams had strands.

Also, I note that I had to pay for PayPal - I'm sure now because IF I had ordered via credit card, I would have a legal recourse to get my money back. Be warned! Do not use Sammydress.com. They are deceitful theives.

I want back alllllllllllll my money... These clothes I ordered are terrible... why would you post a picture of lovely clothing and styles and then SHIP out cheap, terribly sown, see through clothing... I found this store because it advertise on the Facebook. Everything looks so good and cheap. So, I've ordered many dresses and clothes. But it was a bad idea.

They look good on the ad picture, but when I've receive the items, the material is totally different. It's so cheap and sawing seams are very bad. Many strings are hanging and the dress looks totally different. I think they make a nice dress for the ad picture using a good material, but they sale the item with much cheaper material. Not the same one. The actual item is so cheap and color is different. I've received a damaged item also, so I contacted their customer service, but they are not willing to refund any money or provide me a prepaid return label. All they do is store credit of $20% of it's worth. I will never shop there again and their store credit will not do anything to me. Also this company is in China and it will cost a lot to send back many items.

To contact the customer service is little tricky as well. They won't do email. You have to access their website and log in to your account and go to your order status section to claim the damaged item. That is the only way to talk to them. But each person saying different things and they are not a good company. Even I've sent the damaged picture, they claims they did not receive it... etc... They send me the damaged item but refuse to return the money. Only the store credit of 20%. Also I wear S or M size clothes in USA, but their XL side dress is too tight for me. So be careful! The actual item is smaller than their size chart.

Do not buy here. All the nice dress you see is not the actual items that you'll receive. I've learned the lesson and I'm sad that I waste my money to receive the cheap and damaged item that you will never wear.

Do not buy!

Sammydress is awful! I purchased 2 items in the middle of July. I paid to have a tracking added onto the package as well. Sammydress decided to send each item separately and only put the tracking on 1 of the items. I got the first one that was trackable 2 weeks later. 1 month later, I sent them an email asking about my other package that hadn't arrived. They told me to be patient and that it can take 48 business days to arrive. I just received the second item today (2 months later) and it was the wrong thing! I didn't order that ugly dress and am so upset! I'm not even going to go through the hassle of returning the darn thing. I'm sure it would take another 3 months to get my money back. Thanks for horrible service sammydress!

Fraud

I placed an order on the 15th of September. It is now the 30th of September and nothing has arrived. I placed an order with a total of $114 with expedited shipping, which meant it was supposed to be shipped within 3-7 business days. I have received no email from them so I go to check tracking. It still says it's in the processing stage. I tried to contact them live chat, but of course they were offline. They are not set up to accommodate hours from across the world even though they claim to be global. I filled out a support ticket and received an answer the next day. I was told I needed to send a copy of my drivers license or passport and a copy of my credit card to check to make sure it was really me and not a fraud. I paid by credit card via paypal. I have fraud protection on my credit card. They do not need to be sure it is me, my credit card company already does that for me. They had no problem taking my payment and have already received it on the 15th, but are now refusing to mail my order until they receive these copies they have requested! Anyone knows if you give them this info, they could potentially steal my identity! Not only that, but they never even contacted me to let me know the order was on hold! If I do not receive my order soon, I will be reporting them to the authorities! I do NOT recommend ordering from this company. Be sure to check their sister sites as well.

Happy with Sammy Dress

I was reluctant to order on this type of website because i'm from France and and I was not sure to receive the package given the great price but but I was very surprised to see that the items corresponded to photos! We must think about taking on some larger sizes or do well relative to the size chart but the service signals to you to make. The prices are very interesting I did not expect to have a great quality and yet the products are well worth those of H & M! A wonderful experience, I recommend this site!
