Received my order and the color is wrong and quality very poor. Didn't look at all like the picture, stitching all frayed and pulled, pretty disgusting really, don't waste your money of this cheap trollop.

I ordered two dresses and a pair of leggings. One dress was incredibly poorly made and fit like a robe - nothing like the picture. The pattern on the panels was crooked from panel to panel and didn't match up. Also, the measurements did not match those listed on the website. The leggings didn't even ship in the original package and haven't arrived yet. The 2nd dress was cute, but one item out of 3 is not an acceptable ratio. Save your money. Do not order from this website.

They charged me twice for a white sweat shirt I Recieved 1 and still haven't Recieved a feather sweatshirt that I ordered. I did get reimbursed for the 3 shirts after I got Pay Pal involved!

I placed my order on September 28th as of yet have not received product. Called the number they have listed on their website only contact is either busy or rings then call drops. Received tracking number with a picture of some packaging. Tracking states coming from Netherlands Post surface mail (what is that) I am in United States. With some long message about it can take 2 - 18 days.
This company is a scam don't be like me burned...

I want my items--I have three sets of orders claiming to be sent but no order information. There is no way to check on the order by speaking to a live person that can speak in a manner that I can understood. I needed the dressed before the end of the month and it looks like a no-go. Each day I walk in searching for a packing. This is stressing my nerves.

I previously reviewed this site. I ordered items in August. Which I never received. I kept submitting tickets asking about my order. They made me wait 90 days to ensure the items never came. Did I would get a refund if the items didn't come. I asked for the refund on the date they said it would be approved. They wanted me to take credit with the site. We went back and forth for a month. I finally threatened to dispute the charge with my bank. Which I did. They were able to refund the entire amount in November. So, after 4 months I got my money back. They just emailed me to change my review to say I am satisfied. Ha-ha. Right. I will be satisfied when they so ripping people off. I see others order stuff from China and get the stuff within a couple weeks. This site just hopes that you don't worry about the loss since it wasn't a lot of money. No. I work hard for every penny I have, and don't see it fit to give it to criminals.

I read mix reviews about sammydress so i decided to order and see for my self because i liked a lot of their items. My order was shipped the second day which was great. Received it in the time frame so i'm very pleased. Ordering more for sure.
What a nightmare. It has been three months since I placed my order for some jewelry and to date the packages have still not arrived! My event came and went and I had to buy jewelry somewhere else. A MONTH ago I started my request for a refund and all that I get in return after several messages is "please continue to be patient... your package is coming... please wait another month before requesting a refund" Excuse me?! Wait four months to see if a package arrives (which I doubt it will) before getting a refund. When I insisted on a refund still, the company just closed my request ticket. What a complete scam.
UPDATE: Within hours of posting this review, I was contacted by the "customer service" agents and offered and "exclusive refund" (LOL WHAT?) When I accepted the refund- which should have been mine anyway, I was then asked by the company to update my review on this website.
So here is my update: SammyDress can shove it where the sun don't shine. No package arrived, customer service so bad that I think they purposefully try to be bad, and I am pretty sure their entire business model survives on people giving up on getting their money back for items that were never shipped to them. But pro-tip, apparently if you go on five other websites as I did and reveal their bad business practices, you might get your "exclusive refund" too!

My first order with SammyDress was excellent. The clothes are nicely made and fit well. True to size and very affordable. Awesome customer service. I would recommend.
