All these order were placed on one day:
The first dress ordered was of poor quality and the lining was 8" shorter than the hem of the dress, the second order was a hat which came folded up in 4X6" bag and is now unwearable. The third order was 6 items, all on sale allegedly, and all six were XL or larger. But, the sleeves were less than 3" in circumference. 4T (toddler) clothes have larger sleeves than this.
The company remains silent and keeping my money.
I bought two dresses from them, and both arrived in a timely manner and are gorgeous. I am very happy with their business overall. The clothes are a very good deal. I will definitely be ordering more!

I didn't know that it is china based company otherwise I would not order. Very cheap product when you see them rather than picture, will ship very cheap products worth $2 each. You will never get rest of the items which is worth more than $5 each. They will never respond your e-mail or complaints you register by logging in their account. Their US based phone number will never work. I had tried 50 times on different days. They charged me $84 for order and shipped few cheap items worth $15 and no reply for rest of the items. It has been more than two months. I disputed credit card charges won the case. If anybody has similar experience please make credit card dispute or contact PayPal and it will be resolved but you will always lose some. Don't trust, don't be tempted by cheap products and advertisement, don't buy or don't recommended to anybody. Inform governor or consumer affair to stop his business.

They took about 4 weeks or less to arrive but finally is in Miami will land in The Bahamas tomorrow hopefully. 3 items are out of stock and one item is said to be stopped by the supplier. Well i'll see for myself what kind of quality the clothing are so i'll be back shortly.
Quick shipping, cheap pricing, and quality is outstanding for the price!

I ordered 2 dresses from sammy dress at the end of July/early August i recieved one and not the other. Their merchandise is junk and nothing like what they have advertised and they have very poor customer service, i have sent numerous tickets and they just keep sending computer generated responses back that have nothing to do with what i asked them. When I finally did get a decent respone they said be patient that it could take 10-25 days for delivery, well now it's been almost 2-3 months and it's still not here. I would strongly suggest not buying from this company.

It was a first time i oredered in this shop and it was very pleasant experience. Everything as described, I was very impressed with the quality when I've got the parcel. Also enjoied from the service when I asked a question, got answer on the same day.

I ordered a dress, they sent me a pair of cheap khaki pants? I sent an email to customer support, no one has answered me back. I try calling the *******508 # and its always busy. When I got thru once, it rang a few, then disconnected me! There is no way to actually talk to anyone to resolve my issue? Its obviously a scam people. Don't order.

Sammydress.com thrives on getting good reviews. If you leave them a good review they will work with you if you have an issue but you have to be patient with them and treat them with respect. What I found dealing with Chinese sellers even on ebay they thrive on good reviews. If you give them a bad review in most cases they will work with you to get a good review but to make it much easier on you is to start of giving them a good review then complain. If they do not want to resolve their issues let then know that you can remove the good review as fast as you gave it to them. In my case that worked and I got my replacement product sent on their expense plus got to keep the product that was not described or picture showing even close to the product I ordered. (Gave it to my best friend)
I was a little scared to order but I did it anyway and I love my dresses and as soon I tried them on I was ordering from them again. The item shipped to me quickly and that was a pleasant surprise.
I recently bought a red romper from Sammydress and I really like it. The quality of the item: color, texture, etc. is true to their advertisement and the price is very affordable. In addition the shipping time was very reasonable and the item arrived in excellent condition. I plan to shop with them again in the future.
I ordered three maxi dresses from this company. To date only two of these dresses came and way past the scheduled time. The quality of these dresses is poor.

My order was point on! I'm always leery about buying clothes online but the sizes are true to size! :)
I ORDERED 3 WIGS FROM THIS COMPANY. THE WIGS RECEIVED WERE ALL OF POOR MATERIAL AND 1 LOOKED USED. EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY THEY LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON THEIR SITE. SINCE THEY ARE OUTSIDE THE US I HAD O RECOURSETO GET MY MONEY BACK. MY ADVICE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR ITEMS ARE GARBAGE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT

All the things that are wrong with SammyDress:
1- It's a rip off site
2- I ordered 9 items and they split my order into three separate shipments.
3- They sent me 3 separate shipping numbers to track. All of which were invalid/fake.
4- I contacted customer service to complain that none of the shipping numbers were valid.
4- In the first set, one item was damaged/misprinted
5- In the first set, one shirt was marked as a XXL but it was really a SMALL!
6- 3 weeks later I got the second package. In it were two shirts, both marked as XXL and they were both smalls. I could barely fit the shirts over my head and chest and they are skin tight and don't go all the way down. I'm a Large/XXL male. These shirts that are marked as XXL are SMALLs.
7- I've received only 2 out of the 3 packages. The third package has not arrived.
8- VERY VERY VERY bad site.
