Well the saga goes on. Rosegal is in SE China. We have been trading emails and they have been offering amounts from 5% - 10% on my next order ( in who's world do they think I will do that) the latest was 50% of the price of the item. They did not tell me if that was to be credit or were they going to give me a check. I was waiting for a response from DHL on what the practice is for shipping. While I was waiting for the response Rosegal closed the ticket. So I guess I am starting over. I am going to keep this up until I get my money back. They can keep the shipping charge. Here is the response from DHL:
"Return to Origin can only be requested by the foreign shipper to the foreign DHL Service Center. If wed do not receiver instruction from consignor the shipment is abandoned.
Abandoned shipments are temporarily stored at the local DHL Service Center for a minimum of 30 business days, after 30 days shipments are subject to disposal." Just in case no one knew about this I did a cut and paste so I would not get any part of it wrong. All I can say is I am going to work on getting my money back. It might sound petty but they have to know that people are not going to keep their business going. All I can say thanks for reading.

My order never arrived. I contacted customer service. They told me to hang in there and then if it still didn't they'd fix it, whatever that means. Then the link expired to contact customer service. Now they're insisting I must 'log in' with an email and password to file a new complaint. Password never seems to work. Seriously suspect this entire business is a scam.
UPDATE: After posting a review on this site and numerous other contacts they've refunded my purchase. It was cheap to begin with but didn't like feeling conned. Still would say buyer be cautious but feel more at ease that they're a legit company!
I actually love this site! Considering that the merchandise comes from so far away, the only drawback it the delivery time. But overall, whenever I purchase from Sammy, I am always satisfied with what I get. The quality of the merchandise I've gotten so far, is exactly as expected and I could not be more pleased.

Ordered a purse from this site... shipping added an additional $13.00 but thought it was worth it. A month later I still had not received it. Every time I wrote them they told me they were shipping it within 7-10 days. Finally at the six week mark, I complained to Pay Pal and the company told me that the complaint is closed because my item was delivered. I never got it so I called Pay Pal and told them I still didn't have my item --two and a half months total-- Pay Pal said that it was delivered and I said, "Well, who signed for it because it says on all my paperwork "Do not deliver without signature"... because of problems we have with our mail being stolen in this area. Pay Pal says they do not require signature but I told Pay Pal that it is listed in instructions. Pay Pal said it would arrange for a refund. Now here's something interesting. A friend ordered the same item after I ordered mine and she received it but it is such poor quality that it's just as well I never got mine. Don't deal with companies that are based in China. You will wait several weeks if you do get your item and you will have the expense of return shipping... so much for sammydress and their purses.

I generally where a medium to large shirt. I ordered extra large. Bought 3 shirts and a jacket. Two shirts and the jacket show up, missing the third shirt. All the items are way to small nothing fits. Now its not worth the trouble to return them. I will never buy anything from them again.

Good quality clothes for a great price. Their shipping process could be improved overall, but I received everything within their advertised time frame.
I was worried about the shipping when I received their e-mail because I'd paid for the quicker shipping but the e-mail said 5-10 business days. Luckily everything arrived at 7 business days.
I placed an order the end of September, received some items all of which were 2 sizes too small for me, one shirt I couldn't even put over my shoulders, and I'm a size 12, ordering large. All of these clothes looked like young girl sizes. I have placed over the last 6 weeks at least 6 ticket complaints, taken several pictures of all the items, sent them and still I get the stupid reply of Thank you for ordering with SammyDress. I'm like really! Why doesn't someone get back with me. I've called that number and it's been hang-ups, busy, and oh the famous "leave a message" and the box is full. Someone needs to do something to complain and have them be responsible. I've spent over $75.00 and have nothing to show for it. My backorder item, I have asked to have credited back to my account, but nothing is happening. It's not fair! Someone be responsible!

I order a dress 9-17-15 I still have not received this dress. They said they are still waiting on a payment. I got my credit card statement that shows they got their payment. I have emailed them several times and they will not email me back. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this site...
I placed two orders with Sammy dress on July 10th.
My first order was two neclases and two pairs of shoes which arrived in two weeks (i live in US). The order was fine, except one neclace and one pair of shoes were not the colors I ordered. I didn't mind bc I needed up liking the replacements.
My second order placed JULY 10th was 7 dresses. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! It is almost November. I have entered in 4 service tickets and they just replied today saying that it should be processed within the next 5 days. I'm done holding my breath. I just wasted $100 in my eyes. If I even get the dresses I won't be able to wear them until next summer! If they do arrive I will submit another review with the quality. Either way, the authorities are being notified. DO NOT BUY!

I went online to buy a dress for my Halloween costume and I ended up buying 4 more dresses OBVIOUSLY I had to pay extra for it to arrive on time. All I can say is for all the reviews that are bad don't listen if you want your product to arrive early then you should pay extra. It clearly says when you will be receiving your stuff I live in California and standard shipping is 25days and may delay a little longer. For those who haven't received the items they purchased and it's been almost 2 months it should explain! I will definitely keep shopping with them!
Sammy dress sent me all my dresses made incorrectly. You could not fit in to them if you tried because they were made so poorly. It has been 3 months since they acknowledged that this was their mistake and they have still not refunded my money or sent me new clothes. We have had MANY messages back and forth and still no resolution. So frustrating.

This was my first order from SammyDress and It's been a great experience so far. I ordered 17 items and received 12 of them in less than a week. I contacted SammyDress customer service, via their webpage, to inquire on the shipping status of the remaining 5 items. I received a quick reply with detailed information on when each items would be available and I have already received the shipping/tracking number for these remaining items... I expect to get them any day. I am very happy with sammyDress customer service and the products I received. Most of the items were maxi dresses, which I purchased for my daughter. She loves them! The price is beyond reasonable and the quality of the dresses is very good. I have seen a few complaints about sizing but I've found that if you follow the charts given for each item on the site, you'll get the best possible fit. We will definitely shop with SammyDress again... the clothes and customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend it.
I wish I have read the reviews on this website before I have put my order in. I have put in an order on 14 Aug 2015 and it is now 22 Oct 2015 and still have not received anything! They've asked me to wait for 60 days and it's now 70 days and still nothing. All I get back from them is be patient and check with your local post office. The local post office won't hold a parcel without attempting to deliver first!.

I have made 3 orders so far (15 items) and am very happy. The few problems I had were fixed quickly. One was a back order and one was an item not quite the same as the description. The items do run small so pay attention to reviews and the size charts.
They responded to a complain on this very web site, gave them all the info for a third time after 5 emails to CS. They are a scam. Ordered in September yet to see any thing, they take your money really quick. Its cheap cloth but not worth the headaches! Beware they are thefts. When they email the say "we are sorry and are looking into it" that gets old after 2.5 months. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
