I ordered about 10 jewelry items from them. The items arrived stuffed in one very small bubble bag with NO other protection. One watch arrived broken and, with only one exception, everything was JUNK. Items advertised as having "leather bands" were cheap imitations. Bracelets were mainly wrap-arounds or elasticized, with not a single clasp, and many "beads" were only dyed plastic. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare! It was apparent they did not want to refund money or have any items returned; plus, sending items back to China is expensive! The reviews I wrote were never posted so they may only use the positive ones. To me, that is very deceptive for potential customers. A reputable business publishes ALL reviews, not just the good ones. BUYER BEWARE!
I placed an order on 10/7/15 and received my items sooner than expected! I would definitely recommend sammydress! They have great prices!
I ordered a dress mid august that never came. After 1 month i contacted them, they asked me to please wait 1 more month. After 2 months of waiting i contacted them. They offered me a partial refund or a credit. I want a full refund for an item not received, cause i won`t ever order from here again.so a credit is useless. Save your money and don`t order from sammydress.

Ordered 9 items 09/28/2015, one is still yet to arrive (a coat they packed in to separate parcel, had three parcels all together), others arrived at last week to Finland. I like the outlook of the site, navigation is easy, payment was painless via Paypal. Could have more proper winter clothes for kids especially, but none the less quite broad assortment of products in sale. All in all I got so far what I was expecting. Some products are superb, some not so, but that was expected. 4 stars for the overall experience, hoping to get my coat soon.
After a week a had to send a message to customer service as I had no information on my purchase. I was informed they were back ordered and they would ship two weeks later. I sailed that was not going to work and they then offered to refund my order, I agreed and was relieved to know I could order elsewhere. I then got a response that they got them early and lucky me they would ship my item with the original shipping speed only two weeks late. I said again that was unaccetable and for my trouble they offered me 10% off my next order. A 3rd week has now passed and my tracking number doesn't work and no new updates. My assumption is they never got it early and are just lying to buy time. Horrible service, horrible company. I'm sure the item will arrive someday and will be wrong or damaged. Just spend the extra money and buy from a reputable company.

Ordered an item and have not received it as promised. What seems to be problem with shipping? Once it got to DHL they give a song and dance as to where item is.
How can they stay in business? You cannot contact them, DHL gives you a song and dance story about where package is do not understand.

First of all if you want it in the summer time you better order it in the winter time because I've waited two months for my order to arrive. Second when it arrives pants that I order and I'm a grown man 6 feet tall the pants were like for a child size 10 and looked nothing like was pictured reaching someone who could straighten this out was like pulling teeth they did respond to an email I sent and that was it I'm still waiting for a response to what they are going to do or how do we proceed... Never again...

I order 2 items on 17 Aug 2015 and now we are at 25 Oct 2015 and I still have not received anything and they just keep telling me that the items were shipped out. And trying to use the tracking tool is useless. Do not recommend ordering from this website.

"I placed an order on 10/15/2015. I paid for expedited shipping my total was almost $50. I emailed the company 4 times over the past 5 days. My order still says processing, I have also called the phone number and always get a busy signal. I finally was able to talk to some one tonight and the only answer I got was they could refund me and I would not get the product, I can wait for the product to be back in stock next month, or get a different item. When I spoke to a supervisor he said they would give me 20% off my shopping which is $4. This is the biggest load of bull I have ever seen and I made sure to inform them that I would never shop there again and I would also post a review. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This company is a fraudulent company and everyone should get a hold a BB. And let's stop them. I order two XXL waisecoats and only receive one and it is so small my 8 year old son cannot fit it. So I am glad I did not spend the money I had planned.

The clothes look nothing like the photos, only pattern, color, and type; other than that it is cheap fabric that looks nothing like how they present it in the photos. Their sizes are completely off. I followed the size chart when ordering and the items that are supposed to be type ended up being too big and baggy and the items that are supposed to be loose are too tight. If you do not heed my warning and order this trash at the very least do not count on the size chart.
Unlike many I did receive part of my order, but wish I hadn't; at least then I would stand a chance to get my money back. These clothes are so cheap for a reason, and they are honestly not even worth the small amount that they cost. I will never wear a single item that I ordered. Don't waste a dime on these clothes or you will be like me and deeply regret your decision. If there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would give this company.

I ordered 2 synthetic wigs from SammyDress (order MM************** - 10/03/15). The first arrived in two weeks and the second came a week later - average in my experience in ordering from China. Both wigs were great quality and exactly as described. I found their service and communication to be excellent and will be ordering from them again.
They are part of a big chain in china. Clothes rubbish and do not fit. Cost a fortune to return and they do not refund 100% money. DO NOT BUY

I am absolutely blown away by all of the negative reviews for SammyDress. I've yet to have a negative experience with them or their products. They have provided me with prompt and very courteous customer service. The products I ordered were all of good quality materials and craftsmanship. And it all came in so much faster than any negative review led me to believe.
SammyDress always returned my inquiries within the 24 hour time frame, they answered all my questions and never left me hanging. They processed my order within a three day time frame and I had it in my hands within two weeks and that was including ordering during Golden Week! Now onto the quality of my ordered items. Everything was nice, there were no loose threads, no sewn shut button holes, no shoddy materials, and everything fit as it was supposed to by their sizing charts. And everything looked like the picture on the website! I got a few shirts, some leggings, jewelry and a purse. I have ordered from Sammy dress a few times now, and every order i have made has been a great success. There clothes and accessories range from so many different locations from around the world, which is great! Because i'm from England, and i haven't even seen half the designs in retail shops in the street let alone any other website that i have come across, so that's why i'm a massive fan of Sammy Dress and why i will always look there first when needing to buy specific, unique clothing or accessories, I love the fact they have a 24 hour customer support to help with individual needs, i remember when i made my first purchase, i wasn't too sure on what size i wanted as the items are from different countries. I received immediate support and within minutes i was given the correct size for my fitting as i'm from England, and now every time i purchase from the website, i know my exact size when ordering because of the support given to me and care. The amazing thing about Sammy Dress also, is the fact that most of there items are so unique and high quality, yet they are cheap in price which if you ask me, is a WIN WIN!
