I ordered a sweater on Oct 7th and it still says processing. Was supposed to be shipped within 7 to 21 days.
I have left two 'tickets' and the first one has magically disappeared after two days. Its been 16 days since my order date and I STILL haven't heard anything. I try to call the number and only get a busy signal. The first time I called it rand 16 times before the busy signal. Now its just a busy signal. No one replies to the inquiries you send. And the 'live' chat is a joke. I'm still waiting for a response. After I either get my damn order or get a damn refund, I will NEVER order from here again. Ever.

I love this website! I have made several purchases and the are fast and efficient. For the price the clothes are great! You do need to make sure to order one size up (if you live if the US), but if you do the clothes fit fine. I will continue ordering from this site.
I had paid for expedited shipping and my order came incomplete and 3 weeks late. Then a month and a half later I received the other two items in the wrong size. I ordered everything an XL and 2 items came in right but the other two they sent me a Medium! They don't answer their emails. I've sent three! Paid and they basically stole my money! NEVER EVER buying from them again!

I was going to order 223.00 worth of merchandise but the shipping was over 100.00 which to me is crazy because i order from overseas all the time and shipping not that much. I have talked to people recently that have ordered and they were disappointed at how long it takes. Sooooo an awful amount in shipping and weeks to months to get... No thank you.

I BOUGHT A DRESS FROM THEM IN JULY I DIDNT GET HALF OF MY ORDER UNTIL SEPTEMBER BECAUSE THE SHIPPED IT TO THE WRONG PLACE. I am so embarrassed that I even had the audacity to trust this company! I ordered 2 shirts, 1 "coat", 1 purse, and 2 pair of shoes. Only 1 pair of shoes came as it appeared on the website. Everything was completely, horribly different than advertised. Not only that, everything is cheaply and laughably made. The purse came with the zipper already broken the shirts were almost belly shirts, although they appeared to be long on the website. The color was incredibly off and now I'm stuck with an over $100 purchase (including the costly shipping fee). It would be cheaper for me to throw out rather than pay the shipping both ways to return for another sketchy item. Save yourself, do not be fooled by the prices!

I ordered a sweater from this website and received it within a good time period. The only problem was that it was slightly different from the photo online. It was more of a long sleeve shirt rather than a sweater. But it fits perfectly and is SUPER soft. Good buy.
They take your money, take a picture of a fake shipping label and never send the product. They drag out the dispute process on PayPal. It took me 2 orders to realize they are a scam!

I ordered a dress from this website that my friend found while browsing google. The prices are amazing, the quality is awesome... Very worth it! Fits perfect!
I ordered from this company back on August 20th! NEVER received my order! When I complained through PayPal the company said it hadn't been 45 days yet! LIE I had waited the full 45 business days! THey said wait three more weeks, it's coming from China! So I did! Now we are at the end of October and STILL nothing! Even if it were traveling on the Mayflower it would have made it here by now! When I looked up their number to call it was a cell phone place that told me they get calls all the time like this and that the company is a scam!

I ordered three XL Men's shirts, which arrived today. All Shirts were marked XL, as ordered. That's the good news. The bad news is that all were extremely small, and should have been marked X-Small. They were even too small for my wife (5'6", and 120 lbs.). I'm 5'11" 185 lbs., and could not even try them on. They would have fit a 10 year-old boy. Plus, the fabric was extremely thin, which would have been ok if they were even close to being the correct size.
Total waste of money & time. Very disappointed with Sammy Dress.

UPDATE: After I received a full refund from Sammy Dress for my purchase, I've changed my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. Beware, however, that - at least for my order - the actual sizes run very small.

I bought an item from Sammy Dress on 8/11/2015 and as of 10/26/2015 I still have NOT received it. I have sent an e-mail telling them about my issue and all I got was a "Go check your post office and let us know if it's there" well guess what it wasn't there and I have sent an update to Sammy Dress and have heard no more from them. Thank God I was smart enough to just order a 15 dollar T-shirt to try them out and not some huge order like some of the other reviews I have read. Sammy Dress has lost my business for good. Enjoy your lunch Sammy Dress cause that's all you got from me.! 0/27/2015 literally one day after writing this review, I get my item. Coincidence, yeah I think so. So I got my item, it fits but does not look like the exact item I thought I was getting. Non the less it's here from China. I guess that's why it took longer than I was told it would take, who knows. That being said Sammy Dress did deliver and that's what it comes down to.
