I started shopping at samydress a few months ago and I'm addicted. Clothes are so fashion and cheap, the fabrics are really good and it arrives real soon. When a product goes out of stock they refund you. They answer to all your questions daily and you can even get great discounts and S points. It is absolutelly the best website to shop. Really trust worthy.
I bought something from the site in the beginning of September, i have still yet to receive my order. And then when i asked for my money back they refused! They told me the item done shipped and they couldn't refund an order that already shipped. Never trust websites like this! I'm definitely an Amazon.com girl!
I paid more for fast shipping. Received half my order and a month later I still haven't received the other half. 2 of the 4 items I received are garbage, stitching is terrible and missing color on the sweatshirt strings. I should have read the reviews before I got ripped off by this place. They won't give me a refund.

I ordered 4 dresses from Sammy and guess what? I got then today unordered them on the 14th of Oct which was two weeks ago and I thought i wasnt gonna get them due to other customers comments and complaints about sammy dress. Well let me tell you I think you just have to be patient and wait and later you will see a person outside your door knocking for you to sign your order. Hahaha. And the best thing is i got exactly what i ordered and its exactly the same dresses you see on display... i think this website is awesome im gonna order some more from it... Thank you Sammy dress. Ordered 2 swim suites at the end of August thinking I would be able to wear it on a cruise in October. Ended up purchasing a swim suit from Target because I'm still waiting on them and we are going into November. I will never order from them again and this is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Good luck to the other who order from them and do get their items

Do not order from them! Ordered 3 coats September 28 at the same time all the same items but 2 is the same size and received 1 coat 3 weeks later and still haven't received the other 2. Contacted customer service several I was told several stories even was told they were sending it out over a week ago, contacted them today and now they saying it's not available they should've been gave back my money if they knew they didn't have items! Today is October 29 and I'm pissed off!

I ordered some merchandise weeks ago. I have yet to receive any of the merchandise. Customer service just gives me more and more lies. The final idiotic email from their so called customer service was that after I once again inquired after my long overdue order I was told that my package was sent out via Netherlands Post. There is only one problem. I LIVE IN CANADA! DO NOT, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER! These people are thieves. Thank God my order was only approx. $50.00 and this was my first and obviously last order. Spread the word about this company the more people warned the safer we will be. Consumers have to stick together.

Tracking is TERRIBLE because for the past 5 days my package has been "received in china". I NEED IT HERE, IN FREAKING AMERICA. You have beautiful clothing but it never comes and no one answers you back. I ordered a dress and paid for express shipping, had to contact my bank to get authorization to use your site because you are based out of the Netherlands and the dress still hasn't even been processed! So I ordered some pretty dresses online at sammy dress at very good prices. However alas... That was in August. It is almost novemember and I have not even had a sniff of my order. Upon emailing, I receive a reply to advise it will come in between 15 - 25 days... Funny thing is it has been almost 60 days so I advised of this in my reply... Which the response was a copy and paste of the first email they sent. Don't order items from sammy dress if you would actually want receive them. At all or within the same year of order. Don't expect to get a decent reply either. Both of things will not happen. Bad form sammy dress. Bad form!

DO NOT EVEE! ORDER FROM SAMMYDRESS. I read at least! 50 reviews before I decided it sounded ok to order from here. Once I did, first they messed up my shipping. As soon as I saw it. I contacted them to get it changed. They told me I needed to send a picture of my id and my credit card! Of course I said no. I called them and had to talk to someone over literally 10 times and explained EVERY TIME TO THE SAME PERSON the whole situation and she doesn't understand. They won't refund my card when I spent over $200 and now I have to take it to court. They are a complete scam and will steal your money. Do. Not. Ever. Order. Here. They are the worst!
