I was so excited finding this website. I didn't order a lot since I don't know how it would turn out (thank God). From what they told me, they separated my order to two shipments since some of the items were back-ordered. One month after the first shipment, NOTHING. I contacted them and they asked me to check the post office (which I did) and they didn't have it. Then they asked me to wait one more month. I ordered items from China before and it NEVER took two months. Now, more than two months, still NOTHING. They said BOTH SHIPMENT GOT LOST. BOTH OF THEM! And now they offered half refund in store credit or reship but I have to pay $8. This is ridiculous. Stay away.

I ordered 2 things from sammydress and still have not recieved the package. It has been 2 months. I tried to xall their customer service and everytime i call it is busy. I think this company is a scam. Dont spend money on their clothes

Thank you, Sammydress! I could not get enough of this website, they deliver quality pieces at very affordable prices. Everytime I visit their website I always end up buying an item or two. They sell trendy stuff!
My experience with Sammy Dress has been wonderful. The best site ever
DO NOT buy from SammyDress, It has been 3 months and my order has not come. I have had the WORST time communicating with customer service and they've now stopped replying to my emails. There is NO number to call and when they do respond to my email all they tell me to do is check the post office to see if it's there. They have not once tried to replace my package or refund my money. They said my order would expire Oct 31st but it is Nov 2nd and they have not contacted me at all.
I will report them to the BBB but seriously, don't waste your money, they are a crappy company (check the BBB, they got an F rating).

Hi everyone,
One of my friend recommended this website and she received a nice looking dress.So, I bought three dresses from this website.
IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. It took 2 weeks to arrive (I guess I am lucky at least I got my parcel) by DHL. I have to pay for $45 for the shipping fee! They have charged me $50 for the shipping already!
Items looked cheap, I was not even be able to donate them due to the extremely bad quality. All the reviews are FAKE on their website. This is a warning sign if you only see positive feedbacks. I am highly doubt my friend is working for this company to write positive reviews.
I contacted them and explained this situation, they just kept saying sorry and offered me discount without a full refund. They are associate with other companies like tbdress, mart of China or something like that.

I was just about to order a few items from Sammydress, however, I thought it would be wise if I looked into some reviews first. Well... I am SHOCKED by what I am reading, I am also very thankful to all of you who took the time to share your personal horror story about the low down dirty scum bags who portray to be something they most certainly are NOT! (A legitimate company)
The people who are rating any more than one star are obviously the scumbags and thieves themselves! How stupid are these idiots that they would actually think that we can't tell the difference?

Satisfied, even through it took about a month to receive orders. I have ordered several times from them, and will order again. Pay with paypal. It is the best way.
After 30 days of not receiving, I inquired and sammydress gave me a faked china post tracking. The items finally arrived after 60 days. I normal wear M size so to be conservative I order the XL size for shirt. Well, it still was too small. Luckily, I complained to Paypay who then refunded me the purchase.
Willl NOT buy from sammydress again. It has cheap prices because it is cheap and unreliable.

I ordered and didn't know they were out of China, sizes are not the same as US sizes. The clothes are very small, I ordered a 5x dress in a non stretch fabric because the clothes were so cheap, I only ware a size 2X in US size and still about 6-8 sizes to small. It takes months to get your order, I give the dresses away to a friend smaller then myself. No more orders will be placed with this company. Not recommending sammydress.

I purchased a wig for my daughters Halloween costume and I was absolutely amazed on the quality! It is quite full and fits perfect! The color is a bit lighter than the photo but is still a beautiful shade of purple. I plan on making a purchase again with them soon as I am quite pleased with their product!
I purchased the bleach washed leggings and I love them. For size reference I am 5'1 and 170lbs. I was nervous about the shipping but I received my tracking number from them when my order shipped and immediately was able to track my package and received it a week later! I am very pleased and will be ordering again! I would recommend this site to all my family and friends!
The sizes of their items are ridiculously small. I ordered 4 items. It is now 7 weeks and one item has not yet arrived. 2 of the 3 that did come are way too small even though I ordered larges and normally wear a medium. Their return policy: First you have to send pictures showing measurements of the items and telling how they differ from advertised sizes. Then you work through an awful online comment system that is nearly impossible to navigate. Finally, if you survive that, you have to mail the items in the original packing to China, paying for the shipping.
Save yourself the trouble. Resist the urge to order from them.

My order number is M*******229. This is all I can read on the package. It says... Building C4- C6 GLP Park number 88 Xuandai. Can you please get me the size I ordered originally... it's a large? Again, if I can receive actual assistance and get what I paid for it I want to order a sweater for me and possibly more for Christmas but so far I've gotten NO communication from your company. I filled out my name and address and phone number but nothing has come of it. Facebook travels worldwide and BAD BUSINESS isn't a way to sell things.

I ordered two items on 9/06/15 and they were shipped on the 09/08/15 and the product still has not been received. Wrote and asked and they said that there was no tracking with the basic shippment and I could expect it within 45 days. Well, almost 60 days later my items still aren't here. I wrote them again to inquire about when I can ask for a refund because product was not recieved... or how long I have to wait for the mail.
