TERRIBLE DON'T USE
April 20, 2020

Ordered a cell for a 40k pool. Was suppose to arrive in a few days. Came weeks after and had to email them to see what happened. Reply was sorry, was going out soon. Received it a week later. Packaging not cool, looked as if was rewrapped. Installed same and had a cell error, no connection. Nothing wrong with my system. Brought to pool store to check, "bad Cell" was the response. Have attempted to call, email several times, left messages - you never talk with anyone live. Still have not heard. Had to contact my C/C company for getting credit.

Received the product, actually came from Australia. Plugged it in, I works and then quits. Must recycle the Aqua Rite to restart the salt cell. Have had no luck with the company. Will not answer the phone, or reply to emails. Sometimes you can catch them on "chat" and they say they will have the sales mgr. Call back. Tried for days, no luck. Do not buy from this site/company they will scam you. Zero stars. RW Florida

Stay Away!

No customer service. No one answers the phone. It goes right to voicemail. Warranty is not honored. Product is a piece of garbage.

Ordered T-Cell-15. Been waiting over 3 weeks. Tried calling and get voice mail. Sent 2 emails. No response. Guess I will cancel with pay pal. Bad vendor. Don't let low price suck you in.

No customer service whatsoever.
Bought the platinum T15 salt cell replacement for Hayward and it stopped working after just 5 months. Sent numerous emails, not 1 single reply. Tried calling them but you cannot speak to anyone you just get a voicemail to which they don't respond!
SCAM company, AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS!
I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them.

I bought a Breeze salt cell cartridge and put in my system. Not only did not work for couple of months but also blew up my control panel shorted and melted the connector and burnt the board inside controller. I contacted manufacturer and sent them pictures and info they confirmed the product has been aftermarket not authentic one as discussed.

Tried contacting the Salt Pool Store for two weeks no one bothered replying me. There is no one in customer service just a voice mail.

These guys are a scam. Do not bother buying from these people. I'd be glad to provide evidence and specifics if anyone is interested.

Poor Communications
October 13, 2019

The generic Hayward T-Cell-15 came on time but was deflective. Tried both voice calls an e-mails. Never did talk to an actual human being. Email responses were short phrases and ineffective.
Paid through PayPal and they couldn't get a response after 10 days.
PayPal refunded my money.
Would not recommend to company.

Ordered a T-5 cell, it arrived cracked. Took a week or more to get a response, and that is after my own due diligence. Second one finally arrived and has never given a proper reading on my mineral springs system, it has been running for three weeks and never a stable reading. I replaced with correct cell for the system and have had no issues. I am now on third day of calls and emails and no response what so ever.

I never checked their ratings, but I really should have. Customer service is non existent. No one to talk to live. Have to leave either a voicemail or email. Even with those the response time is not good, and not to mention nothing in general about resolving the issue. I have had an issue with my the T-15 replacement unit ( $269). Spend the extra $$ and buy one somewhere else with better ratings. Not pressing my luck but I'm sure I'm out $269

Disreputable

We ordered a salt chlorinator cell that was "guaranteed" direct replacement for our T-Cell-5. Cost several hundred dollars. It never worked. I called the company, no response. Emailed the company, no response. Wrote a letter, no response. Visa provided me another contact number, which had been disconnected. Thankfully Visa reversed the charges (when I produced all my documentation and had Visa Customer Support try their supplied vendor contact number). It was a painful and time consuming experience.
