Purchased 2 items. 1 was received correctly the other was shipped in the wrong color. Contacted Saks off 5th customer service. They did give me a RA to send the incorrect back but would not ship the correct one at no charge for shipping. I was fine with paying for the the additional items until I received credit, just did not want to pay shipping again. In order to expedite, I took the hit and ordered again and paid shipping to have on time. Shipped wrong color again. Contact customer service... again. Ask to have RA and shipping credited. Shipping credit denied... WTF? They ship the wrong item twice and I am denied shipping credit. Fast forward, it is 12/21/2021 and I returned these items end of November early December. Still have not received credit on either return and I am hoping they do not charge me back for the shipping since it was their fault. Called them yesterday... agent sent an email to return facility. Wow... great job Saks off 5th. Will never do business with them again... ever.

I ordered a Christmas gift and received the confirmation email and charge on my card. I was thinking I was done with my list. A WEEK later I received and email stating that my item was now out of stock and it was being cancelled.
This wouldn't be that big of a deal if it wasn't the holidays or it was done in a timely manner.

I then had to scramble to find something else for the gift and since it was so much closer to Christmas it was much harder to find something that would arrive on time without a HUGE shipping fee. If the email that the item was out of stock came within a day it would have been much easier to deal with.
The email stating they were canceling due to out of stock didn't even seem to be of concern and didn't offer for a discount or anything for the inconvenience. Their customer service is difficult and no help.
I suggest if you are ordering you have to be prepared to later end up not getting what you ordered. I did get the money back on my card. You would think with technology these days, the would have a better system to track their inventory!

SCAMMED

Please please advise anyone to stay away from this company. I was just scammed out of my money, placed an order online. Reached out to the customer service was hung up on several times. Contacted one of the store locations just to be told it's nothing that can be done by a manager. Reached out to cdldelivers. To also be told they never received the merchandise from saks off fifth. Disappointed is not the word. I wish I would have done more research within this company. The items that I paid for where Christmas gifts. I don't know what to do now.

Lost package

This is by far the worst online shopping experience I ever had. It either lost package or missing items. This place is scam pls do not shop online from them, u save urself headache n ur hard earning money.

I ordered boots and when they did not arrive, called customer service FOUR times. They said that they are using a new shipper, Air terra and that this shipper's website says that the item has been delivered to a facility in my towN (NOSUCH PLACE EXISTS) Then the rep said that because this is a new shipper that they are having problems with, (i. E. they are not answeing the phone) that they cannot do anything and though they will send this shipper an email they have no idea when it will receive a response. Finally after 4 calls and waiting 30 mins, I spoke with a Saks supervisor who promised to either email me back or call me... he did neither. No boots, no refunds, no call back or email and I spent over 1 and a half hours on the phone with kind reps who speak very poor English and just keep repeating themselves while speaking over me. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I purchased a purse that came broken and talked to customer service to return it, so I did returned the purse since October and item has been received and never get my money back, I contacted the customer services many many times and every time I hear the same message ( please allow me more time and I will get back with you) and off course no one got back to me, it's been more than 40 days, more than month and I call and hear the same, I do need my money back and off course will never purchase from a store like that and don't recommend anyone to do so, they sell you terrible products and never give you your money back

Unless you want to load your money out at 0% interest and wait at least a month to get paid back either don't order a thing from them online or make sure for certain that whatever it is you are buying will NOT need to be returned. These people have sent me the wrong items/sizes several times and made me wait over a month to get my money back. It's insane how incompetent and careless these big corps can be with their customers. They simply give 0 fcks. Bottom line. I'm not even sure how what they do is legal considering they're basically taking your money and making wait so long to get it back after their own mistakes. I'll NEVER purchase from their online shop again.

My order came with a store sensor…there were four items in the order. I called customer service and they said for my trouble they would give me 20% off my entire order. That never came. I called several more times…it never happened. Then one rep finally said. Ok we will refund the entire order…that never happened. Now they say that can't happen and that instead of 20% off the entire order its only 20% off one item. What a hoax…absolutely the worst service ever. Never been lied to before

It's all SCAM! Be aware! Ordered watches as a gift for my friend's birthday. Received an empty package. After a first call was assured that I will get a refund. After the second got an email:

We have completed our research on your request *******. Upon further review of your request we are unable to offer approval.

Although your request was not approved, please be assured that you are valued as a customer, if you have questions please reference your case number #*******.

Thank you. We appreciate your business.

Why there is no 0 button here! Undoubtedly the worst online shopping experience of my life and i do mainly shop online. Where do i begin. A promised discount that never worked. I went to the store and they said you have to contact online but the email and phone number provided didn't work and bounced back accordingly. Chain of emails where everything is automated and the same questions asked thousands of times and 50 new cases with new references created each time so there is never a coherent chain of communication to fall back on. It's been 3 months and i am still waiting for a pathetic 20% off for a damaged belt that I cannot use and fixing it will cost me a 100 bucks if it ever happens. Oh and they kept saying just call us after mentioning hundreds of times that i am in the UK and that's not an easy thing for me. They are the absoluuute worst! I still cannot believe this is Saks and not some dodgy little scammy website!

I cannot make a purchase without it being canceled

I attempted, with multiple different credit cards, to purchase items from the saksoff5th site, but my orders were repeatedly canceled. I called their customer service department 4 different times to try to reorder and determine the issue, but they all gave me different answers. I contacted my credit card issuers who said they were not preventing the purchase with fraud prevention measures, so the problem must be on saksoff5th side. All in, I wasted a few hours of my life trying to purchase products from Saks, but apparently they don't want my business.

No doubts, that there is a very little amount of people in ouw rodl who can afford themselves to wear branded clothes, because it seems to be very expensive. Of course I tell about famous brands like dior, chanel and other similar clothes from french fashion house. Nevertheless, I have decided to acquire some branded clothes in order to have something branded in my outfit and wardrobe. I applied to this company and I spent enough time to acquint with the assortment. Anyway, I managed this task and ordered some clothes which were delivered pretty fast. Guess taht I will apply here once again.

Manufacturing Defect

I love Sorel boots so I decided to order a pair from here while living abroad (UK). It came with a manufacturing defect (leather scrunched together on right foot in which that shoe was so tight and could hardly go on). As I had to pay a lot to ship it here (about 30$), they said if I wanted another pair in the same size that I could get free shipping back but I would have to pay again for the next order (60$ Shipping) and they couldn't refund the shipping costs there regardless. It cost me a lot for them to send me shoes with a defect. It was unfortunate.

Saks tries to profit from sending damaged items

I purchased a diamond cross necklace from Saks that arrived with one of the diamonds missing. I called them immediately and sent a photo of the damage upon request, to return the item and receive a new undamaged one. However their resolution was instead for me to purchase an entirely new necklace and to pay more because they would NOT apply the credit card award points that I had used towards this purchase because they take a week to reinstate… Excuse me? Saks sent me a damaged product… This isn't my fault. Why would I be penalized? I had to have 4 separate phone calls about this issue, even with a manager… so many wasted hours of my time, all because Saks sent me a damaged product. I am canceling my Saks fifth avenue card. They do not deserve my business if this is how they treat customers when they are the ones I made a mistake. They literally set themselves up to profit off of sending damaged goods.

I had to give this one star as zero stars was not an option. I have waited for a month for my order. Customer service replies every time with the same cut and paste statements. They then created a shipping label but did not ship the item. They keep telling me FedEx needs to collect the order, but I know FedEx comes every day... Save your money and order from somewhere else.

Paid for my order via credit card.
Order supposedly delivered by fed x but i never received it
Called them they lied to me said they will refund me back to my credit card so go ahead and reorder
I placed my order again with the assumption I believe them they will refund me
However the next day i received an email stating my request for refund was denied.
Therefore I was charged twice ". BEWARE" If you don't received your order because it was delivered to the wrong door YOU LOOSE OUT BOTH WAYS NO MERCHANDISE AND NO REFUND.
LEARN MY LESSON WITH THIS COMPANY

Jsut be careful with their customer service. Their return policy isn't flexible and although they market it as an easy return it's a hassle. Might just be lack of good customer service. I prefer to shop and be a loyal customer where I can trust.
