I guess they use the cheapest mail service. It took 10 more days for shipment, and I returned it back to saks in Sep 2 because they sent wrong items, todays is 17th and it still on its way. I returned some item to Naimanmarcus same day as Saks, use same Fedex, and all return was completed one week ago. Additionally, I purchased several items from saks, they sent one wrong item, a dirty dress shirt, and most ridiculously, they wrapped a 2000 suit into a plastic bag!
I bought a white upper leather wedge shoes from Saks. I live in Canada and bought on-line. I must of wore my shoes less than 10 times for the summer due to COVID. I put on my shoes today to find it came apart (the upper to the sole. How does a shoe come apart like this? This is not a cheap brand? I called the store to get a script that they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. Really?!?
I ordered 3 items, only 1 was delivered. Saks just replies that they mailed 6.8 pounds and doesn't care that somewhere in there chain there is theft. I have investigated and discovered that Saks ships from Pennsylvania to Borderfree in Illinois who use Intelcom as the carrier. All are connected to Pitney Bowes. I have called all 4 companies and researched their websites. The Saks and Borderfree call centres are in another country and just send the customer in a circle. There must be a theft ring and no one is interested in finding it and taking accountability. The customers are being shafted. No customer service at all.
The lady sold me a FAKE VALENTINO FOR $100 MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE F****** BAG. She told me it was ORIGINALLY $1,000 IN NEW YORK AND SHE HAS BEEN WORKING THERE FOR 7 YEARS. DISGUSTING. I am never going back F*** YOU SAKS.
I received an empty bubble envelope that was suppose to be a VERY expensive pair of earrings. Reported it sent photos to show the damaged packaging! Opened a claim with fedex - SAKS OFF 5TH Received their money but NEVER refunded me. 4 1/2 months later!

Be careful. I would suggest staying away anything is called " the final sale items", or you want to pay for garbage.
Really Really bad service for costumers buying online and over the phone, Every rep. Tells you something else, They keep knocking down the phone, And after you finally place your order they cancel it again,
Purchase a suit. It arrived (after a delay) with no pants and with a security tag affixed to the jacket. It doesn't get much worse than this. One is better off buying from unrated buyers on ebay. They would spend at least 10 seconds checking an order before shipping something like this which Saks apparently won't do.
Ordered 4 items. Tried to return 2 items: 1 item arrived defective, the other did not resemble the online picture. I was told they have a 30 day return policy. It had only been 20 days or so since I received it so I thought I was ok. It's 30 days from date of purchase, not delivery. Thus I was over their 30 day rule by 2 days. Call center employee told me to send it back anyway and see if they would accept the return - then issued me a return slip and shipping label. I did all of that, sent the 2 items back immediately and waited a month with our hearing a peep. Today I received the two items back in the mail with a note saying they dont accept returns after 30 days. What a moronic business. I'm done with them period. I wish them nothing less than bankruptcy - it's well deserved and hopefully soon earned. Businesses with failed customer service business practices (especially in times of a pandemic) deserve to fail themselves.

The order shipment was twice delayed with no information on an estimated delivery date. Customer service was horrible, and provided false information about the delivery, which extended the waiting time by another week. Cancelling the order was not allowed and I was still charged for shipment even though I asked for the order to be returned. Would strongly not recommend if you want the order to arrive in less than 3 weeks.
This company needs a complete overhaul. As it stands the customer service is so bad you would think you are dealing with a scam. When you call to report an issue you are speaking to an operator in South Africa to begin with and they are powerless to help. The website states that Shoprunner orders are free shipping and free returns, don't believe this. When you return an order via shoprunner 9.9 times out of 10 you are charged the return shipping of $9.95 per item, meaning if you have two items in the box they will try to charge for both. I fought them many times on this and only half the time got the erroneously charged shipping fees back and mostly from paypal customer service. Most recently I was seduced again into purchasing some shirts from them since the customer service offers discount codes in lieu of not being able to actually get you your money back. One of the items I purchased was not in the box even though the packing slip said it was. After several phone calls and emails to them, I finally had to resolve this issue using PayPal buyer protection which sided in my favor and forced the company to refund the money that way. I do recommend using PayPal to purchase on their site which has these protections and also has a return shipping program in case you are dealing with this absolutely horrible customer service. Also, when I tried to return some items in an actual store, the print out receipts from the website wouldn't work and it took the workers several minutes to figure out how to fix the mistakes. In conclusion, do not get seduced in shopping this Off 5th company online. Macy's and even Lord & Taylor online offer much better customer service and similar quality. Nordstrom Rack is also far superior. In other words, boycot them until they get their act together managing this company in a civilized way.
I bough ring Effy with diamonds but they sent me instead some ring with BH engraved on it with effy tag attached and in effy box. I was trying to refund it for almost 3 month after calling them and explaining what happens. All 3 month I was calling them back again and again and every manager in customer services promised me to resolve this. Eventually they said they haven't received my box, however fed ex showed delivered. I ended up getting my refund-one manager proceed refund but would never ever EVER purchase from them. Scam!
I ordered TomFord sunglasses for Father Day. I spent almost 159 $. Sunglases didnt delivered! I got empty box! I immediately called customer service.The representative told me that he opened a case and just told me a number without even sending me a confirmation email but wanted me to write it down only. He also added your company will investigate this and get back to me 10 to 14 business days with the result. As a customer why do I have to wait for this long for something that is NOT mistake? Why is it so hard to work with this company? This was a Father's Days gift and they failed to deliver the item.
I urge anyone reading this review to reconsider shopping at Saks Off Fifth. I purchased a Ferragamo hand bag in October of last year and hardly even wore it because I live in California and most everything was shut down till recently. I just so happen to be wearing it recently as I was shopping at Ferragamo in the city and the sales clerk asked me where I got my bag? I told her I got at Saks off fifth, she asked if she could look at closer and I of course didn't mind this only to be told that the bag was not authentic. I was in complete shock and to mention embarrassed having paid over $1000 for it. I contacted off 5th and they told me to send it back and even emailed me a shipping label, only to find out that this is a scam they pull bcs it has been over 3 weeks and still no refund!
I contacted their customer service only to be told that they are shipping the bag back to me bcs it has no tags. They don't care that they sold me a fake bag. But I'm not completely done with them as I am going to expose them for their fake products and the fraudulent ways they are deceiving the consumer.

Hope online merchant. Orders get cancelled or changed with out communication. Returns is non existent for international buyers. No response to emails. Basically no communication whatsoever. To be avoided at all costs
Order a 2 pair of Roberto Cavalli shoes for me and my son to take on vacation only to find a pair was defective. I also ordered sandals for my wife that were terrible quality and really cheap those were also sent back. I sent them back and fed ex is taking forever to make the return and they still have my $250. Its been 3 weeks now and when I call they are doing nothing to get me my money back.
I made a purchase for $227.17. When I check my credit card activity online, I had 2 authorizations for $227.17 and a charge for $227.17. That's 3 times the order amount. I called customer service they told me I had to wait 7-10 business days for the authorizations to be removed. As I was explaining to them that this was unacceptable, I could hear a chicken in the background. I am now 3 business days into my 7-10 business days, today is Saturday and I can not spend $454.34 because of these holds. I will definitely not be purchasing from Saks OFF 5th again. Their customer service is a joke.
