There's no way this store doesn't check their merchandise on returns, or people are stealing and exchanging items in the warehouse! I have 5 more pair of shoes coming and I'm not excited to see their condition. I didn't order size 12 Bally shoes so I'm really trying to figure out how that was the box that was used!
This company has gone to the dark side and is running a full scam ring! BUYERS BEWARE! I am a luxury consumer and have never had any trouble with any department store. The Off Saks Fifth shipping department is running a full luxury scam and is super corrupt. Please read their Instagram reviews and the complaints from MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS about the scams they have pulled on other customers like me. They are sending customers who place orders the wrong item, then denying the return and not refunding them their money. I never expected this kind of scam to occur from a name like Saks. I thought it was an honest mistake, but after reading all the reviews its obvious this is some corrupt scam! DO NOT SHOP HERE
I have ordered a pair of sneakers which supposedly were sent out 10 days ago. I am trying to call their customer (dis)service to no avail. Either they put you on hold forever or they don't answer at all. It is horrible and very frustrating! I hope somebody listens:-(
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT OR FROM THE ONLINE STOR! I ordered from them and the robbed me for my money! I ordered a Louis Vuitton bag and when I received it, it was an old dirty damaged purse. I tried to return it and they sent it back to me so I returned it again! And they sent it back AGAIN! They refused to refund me my money! Don't ever order anything from these people! I feel like a bunch or people should get together and file a civil lawsuit against these people! I work hard for my money and this is so unfair. I have never had anyone refuse a return. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN!
I ordered a set of sunglass at nearly $200. When the package arrived I immediately opened it to find an empty sunglass case and no sunglasses. They started an "investigation" and two days later said my complaint was rejected. This was my first (and last) order from Saks Off Fifth. They clearly have a problem in the warehouse and place the blame on the customer rather than fixing their internal problem. Buy beware, shop elsewhere.
After placing an order friday april 9th got q call on the 10th saying i needed to "verify" my information... the guy said i must give him my shipping information along with my card details... nope not happening this place is a scam... seems they let you order then say they must verify your information when in reality they're stealing it... could be a scam site made to look legit
I am so disappointed. Is there gum on there? Why is there a glitter packet taped in the box? Original sticker remnants showed an $89 price tag. They charged me $64 plus tax and$10 to return. Just burn your money instead.
I called customer service today because I was having trouble getting my $20 off promotion that they sent to my email. Long story short they hung up on me the first time, I called back the second time and they put me on hold and never returned to the phone. After this experience and also after reading some of the other complaints, I won't be making any purchases from them ever!
Customer service unprofessional, can't answer any questions and fix mistakes from their side. Their manager rude, talking with nasty attitude, her name Melville, during conversation her dog did not stop barking. At the end she said that she tired to repaid over and over. She was making disgusting noises. They located overseas and definitely do not care about job their doing and Saks customers.
Tried to buy something with the 25% sale that was underway. Tried to place my purchase at 10:45PM with sale lasting to midnight. Site was not active. Send a letter to customer service and they never responded. They don't care about the customer... bottom line... you mean nothing!
Recently purchased from this company and they ended up sending the wrong item. I attempted to contact the company and hear nothing back via email. I called and they offered no help or solution to the issue THEY created. I would not recommend using this retailer/business unless you enjoy wrong items with no way of correcting the problem. 0/5 stars.
They don't do price adjustment if item goes on sale even if I didn't even receive it yet. All stores make price adjustment some within 2 weeks, others within months, but saks off doesn't make it at all.
I probably won't order off the website from here again because I had ordered a size 10 Kurt Geiger Sandal. I received an 8.5. On the sticker on the bottom of the shoe it says a size 10 but the shoe is actually a 39 euro size. How do they not check these things before they send them out? I call, they were unable to send me my size. I really wanted this shoe and it was there mistake. The only thing they did was sent me a prepaid return and I have to wait for them to receive their mistake to get a refund. I hate doing business with incompetent companies. Where's the incentive for there f up! #never again
Don't shop here. I ordered 4 pairs of jeans. I pair was not included. I called customer service and was frankly told this was not an isolated incident! The company has yet to rectify the problem. I returned the remainder jeans over 2 weeks ago. No response from customer service despite email on their website. I've spent thousands with this company. As I explained to them, a $59 pair of jeans is not going to make or break me, but it's the principle of it, especially when their own reps say items being left out of orders is a prevalent problem. Shop elsewhere!
It's Wednesday, the store is almost empty. Just me in the checkout line. There are two cashiers in the store, one is out of service, the second is with the customer. I stand and wait for about 15 minutes. Rapidly, someone runs into the store and without even looking around starts a conversation with the cashier. So I go over and tell this rude person that there is a line to the checkout behind her back. The cashier is slightly offended, but he pretends to be polite and explains to me that he is not watching the line. Seriously! When I walk away from the checkout, they start gossiping about me, commenting on this situation, and laughing very loud. That cashier with such a not kind behavior shouldn't be there.
I usually spend $10k every year on Saks Off. I was highly disappointed in my last purchase. The shoes I ordered were the wrong size. I return them to the incorrect address (no return label was provided). Weeks later, I got the package back, and I sent it to the correct address. I call them explaining the situation on why the return was late. They said no and didn't even answer my emails—bad Customer service.
I stopped shopping here after recently being hit with a $500 bill when my online order didn't show up. I had to fight with my cc and them, they wouldn't return emails or calls when I asked for help. I was polite and told them I was worried maybe it was lost in transit. I called back again finally got a manager who said ‘well it shows it was shipped.' They hung up. I then went down the store and no one would help. They had one person working the floor and one at the register. Customers were complaining about the long wait. On top of that I spoke to one lady, who order some Valentino shoes only to have them arrived in a very damaged box (wrong branded box) and the shoes were scratched heavily. She had been waiting in line for quite some time. Do yourself a favor and go to Nordstrom's or anywhere else.
I ordered a pair of Valentino sneaker. The sneakers arrived in very poor condition. The shoes were obviously used a the bottom and interior of the shoes were filthy. I contacted customer service and obtained information to return the item. The representative offered me a free return label in which I appreciated as paying to return dirty shoes was the last thing I wanted to do. I can not understand how the shoes could have gotten in the box as they were not just scuffed, they were very nasty and unsanitary. I mean seriously, imagine opening a box of sneakers during a pandemic where cleanliness is basically LIFE. ($288.46 with shipping) and they are suppose to be new. You get the box open and pull one out to see that someone else has obviously worn them... ALOT! It has been 13 days and I have yet to receive a refund. I could not be more disappointed.
I placed and order for 2 pair of boots on January 18th. Spoke to Saks Off 5th Numerous times. They charged me immediately but no sign of the boots. They claim Fedex is the issue. Fedex claims that Saks never gave them the items. The tracking shows that they have been sitting in Pottsville, PA since the 20th of January. I have now been waiting for a call back from a manager for 2 hours that was suppose to be with 15-20 minutes. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. If by chance they don't go OUT OF BUSINESS, good luck to anyone who does business with them. I only gave them a 1 star rating because I had to to write this review.
Horrible experience, My fiance ordered his wedding suit, they sent the wrong size. We sent it back 6 weeks ago and still no refund and on top of it they want to charge me $9.95 to return somehing that was their mistake. I called to see what was going on with the refund and like everyone else's reviews the item is somehow been delayed on recieving on their end, bull$#*!, I have the tracking number myself and it arrived awhile ago. I was told my refund will be on my next billing cycle ie the next 25-30 days! Ordered the same suit again and again was sent the wrong size and again want to charge me $9.95 for their mistake. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service.
