The seller received the package several days ago, I am very disaffected from that store, the item looks very poor, collect the return, they receive the item and still do not return the money. Honestly what a disappointment. I never buy anything
I placed an order in May 25th, and on May 26th, I received an email that my order was shipped. A few days later, I checked the tracking and it showed only a shipping label was created. I then contacted their customer service number to get more clarification. They stated they would call me back within the same business day after getting a response from the warehouse. A call back did not occur, so I called back the next day. The representative I spoke to stated there was a response from the warehouse and they stated the order shipped, I reiterated that there is nothing on the tracking confirming that to be true. I asked them to send a replacement order because it was the following week and the order still wasn't showing it was received by the courier. I was then told they needed to launch an investigation. So I called back today, June 7th to see what was going on and I was told I was approved for a refund on June 3rd. They said I could reorder the items. I then checked the 3 items and one of them was out of stock, so clearly I could not reorder the items. At this point, I'm livid because had they replaced my order when I asked them to, I could have got my merchandise. Now I either have to go without the item, or I have to order it from their actual manufacture website and pay double the price, as Saks off 5th had it for half price. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he claimed there was nothing they could do. I will never order anything from them again, their customer service is trash.
Don't buy from Saks Off Fifth. Although their written return policy doesn't state this, in addition to a $9.95 return shipping fee, Saks Off Fifth also keeps the $9.99 they claim it cost to ship the product to you. So returns cost about $22 each.
They gave me a broken lipstick and an empty bottle of facial spray, I returned them, but no refund, I called them millions of times, the same answer, said already released your refund, feel gross
Bought an item in the beginning of January and returned via post office the day after I got it. Today is April 5th still waiting a refund. Contacted customer support maybe 10 times they're saying it's still in process. What kind of internal system they must have to be this bad on customer support. It's 2022, you don't care about your image on internet you'll end up like Barneys soon.
I ordered a pick up and they canceled the order because it was not in the store! They put in on delivery without my permission, who does that?
I wish I could give a rating score of 0. Unfortunately, there is no such option. I had ordered a pair of shoes in size 7, however they sent me incorrect size. When I called about the issue, they offered me a $20 partial refund. I asked for a refund for shipment cost (shoes are in Turkey and the return costs me around $50) so I could return them the wrong size. But they were not willing to do that. Instead they offered me $20 refund. It's absolutely non sense. Terrible customer service and shopping experience!
Be ware I purchased a diaper bag from this store only to find out that it was misrepresented and was a preowned bag after I paid for it. I tried calling to cancel 2 minutes after I purchased it at 1:39am only to find out they were closed. I sent an email at 1:39am to cancel and reached out at 7am to speak to a customer representative after holding for 30 minutes I was told to give them 24 to 72 hours to cancel. This was 4 days ago I am still waiting on my refund. I called yesterday to follow up the representative refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I until 15 minutes after. My item hasn't been shipped and my credit was charged, I still don't understand what is going on. It seems like a scam!
It has been almost 2 months since my refund was "issued" and it has not been credited yet. I have been calling once every week and they always say it should be reflected in the next 72 hours and its been almost 2 months with no refund yet
Returned an item late December 2021. Return shows received January 4 2022. Now nearly February and two customer service calls later still no refund. Had to contact my credit card to file a dispute
I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift on December 16th, and I received a scarf. I had to return it, but they couldn't get me the correct order in time so I had to order elsewhere. I sent the scarf back, and they received it on January 7th. Last week I called and the warehouse still hadn't processed the package. I called again today to check the status, and they still hadn't returned the email sent after my first phone call, nor had they even opened the return package. I understand holidays and the craziness of Covid right now, but I'm a single mom and, until I get my refund, I'm out over $230. That's also on top of the $350 I spent for the replacement gift. This is what I get for going "cheaper" I guess.
I purchased during Black Friday sale a buy one get one free Diamond bracelet. This is a long story so I will try to shorten. They sent the bracelets very fast which was awesome. They were very pretty. I noticed they charged me for two bracelets. I called and within a couple days they had refunded a small portion I called again and the refunded another small portion. Not close to the cost of the bracelet though. Three days into wearing one of the bracelets broke. I called and since the sale was no longer going on I would have to send back both bracelets to get my money back. I sent both back with the prepaid label they sent. I kept checking and they kept telling me they hadn't received the bracelets. 6 calls later on one whole month they finally received. Took another full week to get my money back. So I guess if you are willing to take the chance on what you purchase not being defective and taking weeks to get your refund. Than go for it! As for me…. I will never buy from them again
Before I could purchase anything from the site I signed up for the $20 off 1st time buyer coupon... Was told it would take almost 24 hours to arrive in my email account. I was sent a 10% off coupon. That dishonesty stopped me from buying anything from the app or website.
Refunds are done intentionally slow. Charges are made before items ship - or made even if they don't ship. Call center for customer service is based in South Africa with agents who are generally clueless and apathetic. Saks off 5th e-commerce is as far from luxury as it gets. Borderline illegal in its business practices. Would give anything for a real person in the US who can speak / write in complete sentences to assist me (most recent customer service email read as if drafted by a 6 year old the grammar was so poor). Bottom line: I've been waiting over 2 months for a refund of items I didn't receive (never shipped) or that were damaged. I just want my money back…. Why is that SO hard?!?!?!? And why always giving the customers the run around? Beyond sketchy. This company should be audited and biz practices investigated!
I bought a versace shirt on saks off fith, and although it took about 20 days for it to be delivered here, in Australia, I thought it went well. Consistent updates, and when I went on to see the bad reviews I became a bit worried because the shirt was well over $400. I then emailed Saks Off fith about the order, and they replied the next day with an update, however the reply seemed to be a pre written email. Then I waited for the next update. And waited a bit longer, but then it came a few days earlier then the expected delivery date. I was happy opening the box, to see the right size and shirt. But im sure it would be difficult to return. Maybe im just lucky, or maybe its because I live in Australia? Im not sure, but definitely going to buy from Saks again.
Usless customer service they not even in America. I want sent wrong color of the robe I bought bought not only that it was defective I returned in store and over a day later my return isn't confirmed no email glitchy app. Glitchy email pls don't make d mistake I did how can I have an issue retuning an item in store with my return slip at hand call customer service and I am asked to go back to the store
I purchased a ring On November 29 for $577.60 from Saks5thOff.com. I didn't like it so I printed one of their return labels and mailed it by USPS as directed on Dec. 8. For some unknown reason they said they didn't get it back till Dec 20. I called and was told It would take 7-10 says to get the refund. I called back after 9 days and now was told it would be 10 days from dEc 20 to get the refund. After 14 days I called back and now was told it would be 10-14 days till I got the refund. I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund now. They told me a supervisor had approved the refund and it would show up that evening on my credit card. That didn't happen. I did get an email from them two days later saying they had received the return. BUT STILL NO REFUND. THEIR FAILURE TO PROVIDE A REFUND IN A TIME MANNER IS RIDICULOUS, I have now had to dispute the original charge with my credit card company.
I've received the worst customer service I've ever had from your store without saying I haven't received my refund still and everytime I call to ask for it they hang up on me I'm extremely bad and do to the poor service I don't see myself buying again from the store therefore I need my money now and prepared a real good apology from all of the inefficient agents and supervisors I've talked to and have not only given me and honest answer but hang up on me when I'm claiming my money that's only going back and forth I'm tired of all these nonsense!

I never received the order
I'm from Canada. I placed an order on SaksOff5th.com. After one month without receiving my order I wanted to check the status. First of all, for some reason there are 2 websites: SaksOff5th.com & Borderfree.com. I was taken to either one randomly for no reason. I signed in to both websites and went to the My Order page. I specified ‘Orders placed in the last 6 months' and both sites told me I had no orders.
After 1 hour (1 hour! 60 minutes! With all other online purchase sites I use for over 15 years it always takes only 1 minute) I had to call customer service to ask why my order was not showing up. She had no ideas why, just kept telling me to do this and do that but nothing worked. After wasted another 15 minutes of my time she just HUNG UP ON ME! Don't buy from SaksOff5th. They are terrible.
I can attest that Saks Off5th is legitimate. My orders were received during the holiday rush in a timely fashion and my merchandise was packed neatly and all my items were fabulous. I even ordered a high-end handbag and its ahh-mazing and authentic.
Will shop again soon
