Will not buy from here again. BUYER BEWARE. Their customer service is outsourced to India or somewhere. They use a 3rd party shipper who opens boxes and removes contents and they will not back this up and make it right. I wish I had come and read all the comments on their FB page before I ordered. 3 calls "I'm so sorry, I'll submit a claim for you", 3 "I'm so sorry, I'll expedite this claim for you" 3 "I'm so sorry, your request has been denied" Order ******* $355 I'm out. I'll tell everyone I can the terrible customer service they have.
I had 2 problems in a row with Saks 5th off. The first was that they lost an item (carrier never received it) and need days of investigation before refunding me. The second one was that I put 2 items in my cart and applied a discount coupon. I confirmed my purchase. When I received a copy of the order by email, only one item was there and with no discount. The detail is that I only purchased this one to reach the discount value. I had no real interest in it. I called immediately to cancel the order, but they said they could do nothing about it as the item had been shipped. Obviously, they lied as this happened on a Saturday evening and I was given no tracking number yet.
This site basically sucks. They think customers are stupid. The stuff they have on sale is basically non-existence in your size. For instance, they have repeated this 97% sale on Hugo Boss jeans for men. When you visit the site, I doubted to find your size. This is true for too any of their items in all categories. But they have more choices on higher price items. Please give this site a one-star review to tell them they're the stupid one. I would give a zero star if I could.
I order last Sept. 3 They cancelled my order after 3-4weeks and never refunded waiting until now. Customer service didnt replied my emails. Horrible experience.

Contacted company SIX times over the course of a month and they never sent the item or any tracking info and they still charged me after a month of non receipt. This place is a complete scam.
SHOCKING! I ordered a size 46 'Brunello Cucinelli' navy wool blazer on sale for $999.99 ($1100 with tax), online, here in Chicago. What I received was a 'Robert Graham' blue blazer in a size 48, with Off Saks and Brunello Cucinelli sales tags on it. After numerous calls and a return to them, the item was sent back to me. It's been two months and they claim they never sold me the item. Pure insanity! Doesn't seem like anyone over there is going to take any responsibility. WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO IN THIS SITUATION?! There is clearly some kind of a scam running at their shipping facility. I also received a size 40 jacket from them the same week, when I ordered a size 46. DO NOT RISK ORDERING EXPENSIVE ITEMS ONLINE FROM THESE CLOWNS!
I bought a dress at saks off fifth at their shrewsbury New Jersey store, I tried 2 return it with tags attached but could not find my receipt. I assumed I would at least get a store credit. I was honest in telling salesperson it might of been more then 30 days. She refused. What if dress was a gift? I have never been 2 a store that does this. It wasn't that long ago I bought it, being it's a fall dress. If they gave me store credit I probably would of spent more I'm sure. Now I'm stuck with a dress I will never wear, I will not shop there again. Rather pay full price then deal with that. Buyer beware
When I tell you I am shocked at how horrible this company is? I cannot get my money. It's been weeks. It's the most disgusting customer service I have ever dealt with. This is supposed to be a credible company. I have a feeling they hired a private firm their customer service and they remind me of the unprofessional debt collectors of the 80s. They sweet talk you and ask you how your day is. It's a joke. Every phonecall starts the same. We cannot refund your money. You have to wait for shipment. Meanwhile tracking hasn't updated in 3 weeks. They use a delivery service called T-Force. I never heard of them. I don't know what to do. But if this keeps up there should be a class action suit. I literally cannot get anyone to be straight with me. I WILL NEVER buy from their site again. EVER! Stay away.
I ordered items that never arrived. Was told to cancel items- I did. Was then charged and promised a refund. THEN my credit card was charged. NEVER AGAIN!
Did not receive product (womens gloves). Called every week for three weeks and still no refund. Terrible company.
I placed an order (4 items) and one of the items was not in the box. I called (oddly there are not online customer service tickets to submit) and placed a claim and was told the missing item would be shipped and if it wasn't available my money would be refunded. After several weeks the item did not arrive and I was never refunded. I had to call again and was told "the claim was denied." I explained everything again and I got the impression the customer service representative did not understand and kept repeating "the tracking shows the package arrived." This is extremely upsetting. I have shopped online for over 10 years and I've never had anything like this happen at other stores.
Don't buy anything from this store unless you absolutely know how it fits. Their customer service is awful - I was promised the full refund because two items of the same brand in a swim suit fit differently although it was the same size - HE lied and never gave the full refund - no CS people to get a hold of now. TIME FOR BBB
Placed an order for a purse last week, it immediately "shipped" out but really just the label had been created so I am just waiting for this item to actually arrive to the fedex center. The purchase confirmation email does not even summarize how you paid for the item, just the price total - does not list how long before the order is expected to ship. Then the next day I got an email asking to review my customer service experience with Amanda. Who? I never contacted support. Anyways a few days later I went to an actual store, found the same bag for $40 less than online... still waiting on this bag. I will most likely never order from here again.
Why is Saksoff5th getting away with this. What is going within this company. Management should be looking into this. You can not keep taking money from customers. Completely illegal!
I ordered a runner and a 9X11 rug. I received the runner and a 5X7 rug. The 5X7 rug was returned to them. I was told my 9X11 would be shipped out when they received the 5X7. All I received back was another 5X7! I went on vacation the day after for 10 days and came back sick. It was so much trouble getting the first one returned that I kept the wrong size and learned a hard lesson. Always check for reviews with a company before doing business with them. Never again SaksOff5th!
Twice they have not refunded what was owed to me. I even took a screenshot of a part of my online chat conversation with them and still they deny everything! I was owed a full refund and than a partial refund due to a pouch missing from a purse I purchased. Back and forth back and forth for months the first time for a refund and just this month I am due a partial refund and they flat out deny they ever had a conversation with me let alone owe me a refund!. Doubt they gave a $#*! but I will never purchase from them again!
Ordered two items on the same order. One was shipped to my address and the other was shipped to some other address in a totally different state. I called their customer service and now have to wait several days for them to resolve. They wouldn't just ship me the item I paid for at no cost (like Amazon would do). Most likely my first and last order with this organization.
It started with the company just straight up sending me the wrong product. They had "run out" of my pair of shoes so they sent me a different kind. So weird. First, how did they not have correct inventory in their system and secondly, why didn't they tell me before sending it. So I had them pick up the package. They claimed they'd refund the money since it was their mistake. Over the next few months, I had to contact them over and over to get small portions of my refund. They tried to withhold the taxes and the shipping. So weird with the taxes. I've never heard of that before. I don't even have the item. And this whole situation was their fault. I finally got the tax money back, but after several chats and phone calls and promises that the money is on the way, it never came. Luckily, I'm only out $10, but it's completely unethical what they put me through. They lied through their teeth over and over. It was multiple people. Either their system is ridiculously messed up or they train their employees to lie. I finally asked them for written proof so I could at least put in a claim with PayPal, but it wasn't enough of a receipt to get my money back.
Saks of 5th don't care about your package, they don't care how much you spend buying the goods they give your package to fraudulent company like CDL who are known for leaving people package outside lobby so the delivery guy can steal it or people can steal it. It's a SHAME that Saks off 5th use company like CDL.
