My daughter purchased a Valentino purse online a few weeks before a trip. On her 3rd day, the strap on her purse broke. After she returned home, we tried to return the purse. They wouldn't take it back because it was more than 30 days by the time she returned home. They offered me $50 in credit. Paid $199 for a purse that lasted 3 days. Will never ever order form here again. Terrible customer service.
I bought some boots and recieved a pair that were clearly used, the had a dirty sole and scratch marks on them.
This was my first purchase through this company and most likely my last. I shop online quite a bit and I have never had this happen with any other vendor.
Will be returning these asap.
File a case for missing package item 6 weeks ago. Initial reply says under investigation, needs 10-14 days. Now 6 weeks pass still no further progress. Every time contacting them, same reply, we are investigating the issue.
Their replies seem to be from remote routine, I guess they get used to this, it is part of their job to repeat same thing without really taking action. These jobs should really be outsource or use AI instead.
The quality of their merchandise and customer service has become awful. I received a jacket with a hole in the sleeve by the shoulder. 2 times customer service agreed to take it back, once they actually did and sent it back to me. They accused me of wearing it and reattaching the labels, even though there were three factory sewn labels still on the outside of the sleeve. I spent thousands there and now I won't spend another dollar online or in any of their stores. Most ridiculous thing I ever experienced. They're farming all the calls outside the country to people who are reading from a prepared script so basically zero customer service. Be aware this was only one of 3 fiascos from them this past holiday season
I bought Cinzia Rocca jacket for $380.00. I have had them in the past and they are beautiful. I didn't realize that Saks off Fifth was the discount store, and I thought I was getting a great deal.The cheaper jacket does not have the wonderful feel or fit of the higher price coat. I tried the coat on and it fits differently and was too tight. I returned it right away and to my surprise, they sent the coat back to me saying it was too dirty to return. I NEVER wore the coat. I called customer service and they said they would have FE pick it up. We did this three times, including getting a supervisor and have her lie to us as well since no one ever came to pick up the damn coat.
I am writing this to warn everyone not to shop there or be prepared to lose your money.
I bought a jacket listed $305 27% off $219.99. The jacket arrived with the MFR price ticket MSRP $179.95 This is pure fraud in online advertised price.
Purchased a mother/daughter Alor gold bracelets ($200 a piece) for Christmas gifts from your online services on 12/15/2019. On 12/21/2019 package was delivered with only one bracelet. I called your customer service number immediately and was transferred to your call center. I reported the issue and was told I would have to wait 10-14 business day to get a refund. I was told they didn't have any more of that type of bracelet in stock. I checked actual stores and they didn't have any identical bracelet either. I eventually went back online to Saks Fifth and purchased two different ones at a higher price. I was more mad that they had made a mistake right before Christmas, then worrying about the refund of the non delivered one. After Christmas having received no emails or calls to ask me about the missing bracelet I kept calling to find out the status of what was going on with their "investigation" with no real answer. Today I received a call from the call center telling me they checked with fed ex and with their distribution center and their investigation concluded it was shipped and they were denying me a refund. They never called me or asked to send a picture of the shipping envelope with clearly shows the indentation of only one box. So people in your warehouse are above mistakes or theft? This has to be the worst experience of online purchase.
As I purchased using #paypal and I have made a claim. I spent over $1100 with Saks this year and usually spend about 500-700 a year for the last few years. Never will I shop with you again.
Be careful when shopping here. They are thieves.
They have a way of stealing from people. You might order say a black shirt worth $80, they will send you a shirt worth $10 as long as it is a shirt and its black. They know many people don't really have time to go and return stuffs. Even when you try their distribution center doesn't even look at the item and they will send it back to you refusing to refund your money. Call customers service they tell they don't have direct contact with the distribution center. All they can do is write a note. They will do this to you until u become frustrated. Ask for cooperate number, they give a number that nobody ever picks up. They did this to me and they will do it to you. Be careful they are thieves.
Really awful service from the start - on-line site is misleading and I returned an item to the Canadian SaksOff5th store and the transaction got returned to their customs broker via MasterCard. Never saw the refund and they're only response is go back to the store. Wanted to return a pair of shoes from the same transaction - cost me $65 dollars and the shipping charges to return are $32. The SaksOff5th store is 20 minutes away from my house. So ridiculous! You have a Canadian store - make it easier for Canadians or you're out!
Have contacted them multiple times during the course of 5months regards to items I never received but were charged. Each time I call they tell me the same thing-apologize, promise me they will look into it and get back to me and never do. Some reps offer me a gift card for the inconvenience but never follow through with actually sending it to me or some just hang up on you. It is truly unbelievable how a company retains in business like this. I am also guilty of giving them a lot of my business but not anymore. STAY AWAY!
Sent Damaged Item (with a hole in it). Have been promised GC in mail for trouble and nothing happens. Don't believe a word they say (if you can understand them)... Do not do business with them. Save yourself the headache and goto Nordstrom.

Don't buy never online from this store. I never received the order and I have to call several times to get my refund. The worst customer service
I have shoped with this company for years, however, due to the poor customer service and the fact that customers are unable to speak with a rep who speaks English as a first language when they call in with issues about their order, I will no longer shop with this company. I had to call in 11 times, and my issue was not resolved. The reps are not held accontable for their actions and the poor service they provide. Save yourself the frustration, shop somewhere else.
I will never buy anything from them. I got my boots with 12 days delay and when i received it the left security bag and the box was torn also the boots were worn with scratches all over them.
Very similar story with many of the reviewers. I was never payed back after returning a pair 550$ Jimmy Choo. I insisted, called them 30 times in 3 months and all they gave me was lies. If you want to play Russian Roulette with them, just give it a try. It won't take long...:-(((

It has been 2 1/2 weeks since I placed my order and it still has not shipped. I was supposed to receive the order in 2 business days. I have contacted customer service several times with no resolution. I finally asked them to just cancel the order and I was told that it can't be cancelled. Apparently a shipping label was created, but the items have not left the warehouse. I guess I'll just have to dispute with my credit card company. Customer service has very broken English and are hard to understand. I will not order from them again and will be happy to tell all of my friends, family, clients and acquaintances about my experience.
I purchased a Vince Camuto bag - I had the bag less than one month and the strap broke. I called them up and explained what had happen. They sent me a return label so that I could ship the bag back which I did. I was expecting a refund and instead they returned the bag to me stating it was unsaleable and dirty. Of course they could not sell the bag because the strap is broken and the bag was not dirty. I been back and forth with Customer Service - the person I spoke to told me to send her pictures of the bag to her email and she would call me. I have now sent her two emails and still have not received a reply or resolution to my problem.
I cancelled an order since I forgot to click on the "signature for delivery" option in the shipping column, then I submitted another order with identical items as the cancelled one. But I was charged twice! They were already on my credit card balance rather "pending". My saks account shows "mastercard balance 0.00" for the cancelled order but they really told me nothing about the refund! Sent tons of emails and made many phone calls but none get replied! Since I used a China Bank Credit Card, for which credit card dispute is not available, I wonder if they intend to steal my money and pretend everything is ok.
Will never spend a penny at Saks off 5th again! Gross!
