I ordered a pair of Ferragamo rain boots and the company sent me 2 lefts shoes. I sent emails and called customer service to correct the problem. I have yet to be able to speak with an agent or receive an email back
I purchased a shirt from Saks Off Fifth using Shop Runner. I didn't like the quality of the shirt for the price I paid. I used Shop Runner to generate a return shipping label. If I had went through Saks, I would have been charged $9.95. This is why I went through Shop Runner because they offer free shipping and free returns. After I received my refund from Saks, I realized they had still deducted the $9.95 return shipping fee even though they weren't the ones to even give me my return shipping label. I then had to sit on hold for over an hour to speak to someone. She said it would process in 5 - 10 days, I still don't have the refund and I'm dreading sitting on the phone for another hour just to get the same response for something that isn't my fault. I will NEVER shop at Saks Off Fifth again. The quality of their clothing is horrible and their customer service is even worse.

Do not buy from this store EVER! Horrible customer service and they must go out of their way to hire the stupidest most useless woman to work at their stores! Total imbeciles. If you buy something and it arrives broken, they will not take it back! They will blame you and send yo the item back. Then they will insult you by offering you a 20% off discount coupon when you spend 200 or more at their store. Seriously? This is open store I am happy to hear they are going bankrupt. They should study Norsdstrom's and the Rack... that's a successful business. Good riddance Saks. They used to be great, what the heck happened? TOTAL AND COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!
Placed an online order never received one of my items and its been 3 weeks. Keep calling customer service and LIES are being told. One rep even told me she called the store it was shipped from and that check my tracking number in 24 hours, THAT WAS 4 days ago. Called today and the representative told me that it was never shipped and it would take 31 days to get my refund. EXCUSE ME? It didnt take 31 days for you to take my money and keep lying to me.
I order a pair of valentino sneakers they send me a totally Different shoes not even my size or my style, I called customer services they told me I have to return the item and after they received they will place another other for my sneakers, that's crazy is not my fault that the item shipped was wrong I should get my sneakers that I paid now I have to wait god knows for how many day but the time The order is placed again this shoes will be out of stock I'm very disappointed
I ordered a sterling silver necklace with a Star of David pendant, and instead of sending the necklace and pendant that I had ordered, they sent me a CHEAP beaded bracelet! I went to submit a request for a return and a refund, and it stated that I can drive to the store and return it without shipping charges (store is about 40 minutes away... and CLOSED during the quarantine!), or I can pay a $10 shipping fee to return an item that I never ordered! I called customer service (after waiting on hold for an extended period of time), and the rep processed the return for me and waived the return shipping. At that point, I still wanted the jewelry so the rep placed the order again for me (had to charge my credit card again). I got the shipment yesterday, and IT WAS THE SAME CHEAP BEADED BRACELET THAT THEY HAD SENT THE FIRST TIME! At this point I was furious and wanted to just return the item and not purchase anything from them again. So, I called customer service again, this time, waiting on hold for 28 minutes and 54 seconds until I spoke with a customer service rep who could process my refund and waive the return shipping. I expressed my deep frustration with Saks and not once did I get an apology for the terrible service and the time I wasted for their mistakes! Never again!
This is by far the worst experience I've had while online shopping. This place is a clown house from top to bottom. They lost my first order, then refused to refund me until an almost month-long investigation. I paid again for a new order only to receive a used, dirty item that wasn't even the right model of what I ordered. Their solution is to pile another investigation and for me to order again for the 3rd time! That's a scam! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Dont buy anything from here. I ordered a expensive dress and the send it to a complete different adress instead to europe. Its now somewhere in the US. Terrible service no reply to my e-mails
First of all, don't ever purchase anything online with this company. If you have issues with your order, make sure you call them. Do not email customer service, you will not get a response until you remind them, again, Once they do respond, your problem will not be resolved as they will respond with something that doesn't have anything to do with the problem that you had in the first place. After reading these reviews and a customer not receiving her refund after returning her item, I wouldn't dare return the items I ordered. Basically, if you order online, you're taking a RISK! Lesson Learned! They lost another customer. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
I recently purchased a Brics suitcase and had to chase down the delivery date which was not given or updated despite emails to customer service. When the item arrived it was apparent it was a a RETURN which had been poorly packaged and shipped to me hastily. The box was damaged and the suitcase was sitting in the box covered by paper. It is a BRICS item which comes in its own box with dustbag, neither were included. In light of the covid 19 epidemic boxes are to be kept outside the home and disinfected, when i saw the way my purchase had been handled i was disgusted and had to disinfect box, bag. To date Customer Service has been inept in having my item replaced or picked up for return... countless calls and emails later I still have this item and will NEVER shop with SAKSOFFFIFTH again- their service is terrible!
I return several items during the return period. I received a refund on everything except 1 item. Saks off 5th refuses to give me the refund for the item that they missed... I provided the tracking number and they received it... but still say that they are not going to return my money! It's over $100... I am going to tell everyone I know! If I could give them a -100, I would!
I bought a pair of pants, but it has a factory defect, a hole in it (see attached photo). I contacted customer service multiple times and asked for a refund. Eventually, after weeks of back and forth, my request was declined, with all kinds of excuses that you cannot even think of.

Horrible customer service. I ordered almost $1000 worth of things for holiday presents in November. I received three items correctly and the final box that was supposed to have the bulk of the items I boughts had two pairs of men's shoes (wrong items). I returned them and spoke to a representative who assured me that my $800+ refund would be issued in no more than two weeks but I would never really get the items. I agonized to buy presents, weeks passed and never received a refund. I blocked it through my credit card but was recharged because Saks off claimed I had received the merchandise. Now they are apologizing and promising to give me the refund which I still have not seen. I have never experienced such a miserable customer care and terrible service. They ought to be shut down. Saks should not allow them to use their brand. Absolute crooks. I still cannot believe this is happening and they are still in business.
I am shocked to see all the bad reviews about saksoff5th. I should have done my research first. After assuring me that that they honor my request for a refund for item that is too big for me, they had the nerve to return the items back to me un-refunded, stating " over 30 days". At that rhythm they will go out of business. Stay away from them- go Neiman Marcus instead.
I purchased a Effy - 14k rose gold Morganite & white diamond ring in February 2020 for a memorial gift for my mother. My father just past away after their 60 years plus together and the ring symbolizes my father's love. The ring would go over her knuckle but twirled on the base of her finger that caused irritation.
I contacted return center within a few days, explain situation that the tags was cut from ring but still have them in box with all original packaging. I was assured there would be no issues with return. Weeks gone by with no communication, then I receive the product back, I contacted returns they said there was no tags and I replied that I did send them with the ring the reply was there was a scratch on the stone. I was shocked. If there was a scratch it was the way I received it. The ring was not worn.
Trust a firm belief in the reliability, ability, or strength of someone or something. Well I do not believe in this company, I believe each individual has a free will to make a choice. This company can not stand behind their word. Now I paid an expensive mistake. I will not be visiting this company in the future.
I purchased a pair of white jeans that arrived dirty (makeup marks on thighs and black mark on shin area). They were likely shipped from a store since they looked like they had been tried on numerous times. I returned them via mail the next day (tags attached, of course), specifying "unsatisfied with quality" as the reason. I called 2.5 weeks after receiving no refund or e-mail notification for the jeans and they said they never received them, even though the tracking number proved otherwise and told me that they were "opening an investigation". A couple of days later, I received them in the mail with a note that they are not in salable condition. This is the worst, most ridiculous, nonsensical experience I have ever had with a company. I filed a claim to dispute with my bank for the first time in my life and thankfully it was approved. I still have not heard back from Off 5th and I know I never will. I will never support Saks or Off 5th again.
They sold me a worn and used dress, and won't accept the return. All they could say is that they're sorry.
Items shows available, they take your money then you get an email 2 weeks later saying it's not available. Last 5 times same thing happened to me.
