I purchased three same jeans with different sizes on the Saks Off 5th website on 8/16/2020. I ordered size 24,25, and 26. I received all three sizes but sized 25 and 26 were completely the opposite of what I purchased. They mailed me only size 24 correctly, but 25 and 26 were not correct. I called Saks, and they sent a FedX guy to pick up the two incorrect items. I have been waiting to get my refund since 8/20/2020. I have been calling them many times, and they have been giving me different information. Sometimes they say that they don't sell the items and cannot refund me, and other times they say that they have approved my refund, and I should get it with ten business days. It is about to be three months that I am waiting to get a refund on sizes 25 and 26. This company should be held accountable for putting their customers through a lot just to get a refund. If I owed them money, they would totally report me and mess up with my credit history. There have to be some consequences for their actions. Do not shop at Saks.
Failed to send me my items after charging me the money months ago. Refused to resend or refund the missing items but asked me to wait "14 business days" for their "investigation". WHY WOULD I WAIT FOR THEM TO INVESTIGATE ON THEIR OWN MISTAKE, when I've already done my part of paying? It's fraud when they charge people's money without fulfilling the shipment. More ridiculous they hold your money and wouldn't give it back till they're done with the so called "investigation"
Today, after over a month I called them, I got an email saying they disapprove my request after their "research", while providing ZERO details or proof of the research. I filed a dispute with my bank. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!
I bought a pair of sandals in July and it did not arrive. An email from them said that I had contacted them to initiate a return of my item and I would get a refund minus shipping and handling which would have been a loss of $18.30. I NEVER received the item so how can I return it? I contacted them on numerous occasions and they said I would receive the balance of my refund. Here we are in October and no refund!
The worst experience I have for online shopping! Fist of all, I got my package but missing one items. And I requested to ship another one. They could not do that because they have to give me refund and ask me to pay again to buy another one. It's totally waste my time And money! I promise I would not buy again on this website!
Ordered a bathing suit. It arrived without protective panty shield. I returned with tags in exact condition. Saks Off Fifth refused the return. This started the nightmare of dealing with their customer service. Promise that someone would contact me. No one did. Put on hold for15 minutes multiple times when following up. Overseas Customer Service reps appear to be untrained. Will now try to get hold of a Supervisor. Wish me luck. And note to self... I will never purchase anything from them again.
Placed an order in July for two tops. Only one top was the box and it was the wrong color. Opened a case 7/22/2020 to get a refund for the missing top. Refund finally approved end of August but now it is mid September and have not received the refund. I called them and they said they can see the refund approval but a gift card was never mailed. They are sending the issue to the back office... the same people that took a month and a half to approve the refund. Don't know if I will ever get the refund. Have told my sons to never give me another gift card from Saks.
Item not packaged for transport so of course was shattered upon arrival. According to the automated information, I will be charged $9,95 for a replacement or refund. If the product had been properly packaged, there would be no reason for a return. I have now paid for a totally useless product, have to go through the inconvenience of packaging the item, going to the post office, paying postage, and can not even speak to anyone in the United States. Saks is certainly not what it used to be!
I ordered three items for my son totaling over $2200. 00 Upon arrival, we learned he needed to go a size up so i reordered the same three and returned the original three. For the return i was sent a gift card at which time i called and asked that they credit my credit card, original mode of payment. They voided the gift card but i simply cannot get them to give me the credit. They have their merchandise, i have paid for both the correct and incorrect size. I have had 5 phone calls all in excess of an hour between being placed on hold and shuffled from person to person. Its an absolute scam! I keep thinking i will hear about them going under because of the virus and i will never get my money back. I was finally told last week that they would credit my amex within 24-48 hours, apologized repeatedly for the confusion, still no refund. I am on hold today, now for 20 minutes
I am not usually one to write reviews however the experience I've had with this company is just God awful. The item I received was not only five sizes too big which I understand happen sometimes to mix up a size but it came with some sort of a stain like a blood mark of some sorts and when I attempted to send it back they told me that they cannot except it as the condition of the item wasn't acceptable. I am honestly so disappointed and I know for sure that I won't be shopping here again anytime soon. I have had to call customer service and email multiple times and yet they won't refund me my money for their mistake. If a company makes a mistake they should own up to it and it should not be the responsibility of the customer to pay for those mistakes. Definitely don't shop herE.

Call the customer service, was hung up on first time after 20 minutes, 2nd call Erin (she introduced herself) ID ******* was unhelpful and not understanding (although multiple times their catchphrase "I do apologize, and I understand"). Rep told me they can't remove the shipping charge and can't provide any incentive. Upon requesting a supervisor was told a 10% off my next order, meaning I have to spend another 100$ with them... Kept on requesting a supervisor for 20 minutes only to be told "All are busy, how about 20%".
Horrible customer service, would not recommend, dishonest
I ordered an Ice Cream hoodie. It arrived quickly, it wasnt fake and it fit good. However, all of the graphics and lettering are cut off. Even the lettering on the sleeve just says "E Cream" After reading all these reviews I won't be ordering anything from there anymore
Awful customer service. Sent them few messages regarding return and no respond. I won't recommend to have any business with these people.
I had purchased three purfumes online for mothers day gifts in May of 2020. I only received one of the perfumes purchased. I have provided tracking numbers that state the other package was returned to the sender and they still have not reimbursed me or provided me with the items I purchased. I called several times and wrote a couple of emails. I keep receiving emails stating "We resolved your issue." But I have not received a reimbursement or the products. It's a frustrating process because if I would have purchased items from another store I would have already been reimbursed.
Roberto Cavalli slided very disappointed in my purchase with saks 5th off my shoes looks so cheap, i thought this store get stuff from saks to make room for there new items. I will never order again.
I ordered 3 designer bags, kept 1 bag. I returned 2 bags (The description was off), and these people only refunded 30% of what I paid. Saks5thAveoff, said I only returned one designer bag. I showed the receipt with the weight, which proves two bags were returned, Saksoff5th, agreed to fully reimburse me. Two months later, not a additional dime yet.
They put you on hold for over an hour... no kidding, and then just say that, they will send me an email.
After my BBB complaint, they agreed to pay me back in full, but, never did, after two months.
The BBB decided that my complaint was legit, told me to contact my state Consumer Affairs Division to do a Formal Complaint for consumer fraud, listed SAKSoff5thAVE a bad rate, and to list and make my complaint public.
I just read a new review posted, that called SAKS5thAVE-off "Thieves".- Maybe, I know I was ripped off.

Saks Off 5th gives new meaning to a 2 for 1 sale. I ordered two shirts and they billed me for two shirts but I received only oneon July 7. I let Saks OFF 5th know using their website about the missing shirt within two hours of receiving the package. I also called and after waiting nearly an hour on hold told a CSR I had received only one shirt and gave them the case number generated by by online complaint (made while on hold). I asked that the missing shirt be sent to me. I was told they had to investigate. Both via email and on the phone I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. It's now 11 DAYS and Saks OFF 5th has still not responded. I called again today and was told the investigation takes 10 - 14 Business days. I am not sure what they are investigating but the Philippines call center just apologizes. Apparently the only customer service is that useless Philippines call center. I only wish I had read reviews of Saks OFF 5th before placing my first order with them. Shop elsewhere!
I purchased shoes from Saks Off 5th, the shoes arrived and one pair didn't fit correctly. I called and I was given an address to return the shoes to. FedEx delivered the shoes to the address that was supplied to me, when I didn't get a credit for the shoes I called, and was told I sent the shoes to the wrong address. This has been going on for 4 months, and still no refund. They signed for the shoes, they have the shoes, and they kept my money. Stay far away from these thieves, they are an excellent example of "White Collar" crime.
Shopping at Off 5th for over 6 years. Great suits made from Ermenegildo Zegna cloth. Good deals but need to be patient. Returns no problems at the store but did lose 9.95$ a couple of times on returning since you cannot combine a return. Overall good online experience.
I bought a swim suit that was damaged - it was $64 with shipping. I returned it and they only credited me $45. They keep telling me they are refunding the shipping and its never been done. You can't get a human and I wait on line for an hour... then they tell me they are processing my refund and they DON'T - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
