THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. I would give them zero stars but one star is the lowest I bought a 4 Wheeler for my son and they said it would be here by his birthday. It wasn't, it was a week and a half late. It came with broken parts. I called them and sent them several pictures they said they would contact the manufacturer and get them out to me. I have called no less than 25 times and It has bin over a month and a half and still do not have my parts. Forward this to everyone you know on facebook and twitter and tell them to beware!.
Purchased an exercise machine for 1999. 00 plus two hundred for shipping. I have yet to receive it. My emails have gone unanswered. I was ill for a couple of months after I ordered it and just thought it was taking a long time to deliver because I live out in the country but that wasn't the case. Don't know what to do next.

As you know the product you ordered is very hard to come by and we actually had to upgrade you to a similar unit in order to fulfill the order. Saferwholesale is an untrustworthy company. I ordered a 150cc scooter with all the bells and whistles and they shipped me a striped down version of the same scooter. Then they try to tell me that that is the scooter I ordered. I would not recommend a company that practices "bait & switch"
The products we sell are all clearly listed on our website. They all come exactly as they are displayed in the Specifications section of the product page. Often times we sell different versions of the same scooter with different options. The pictures displayed may show all the options available, but you must confirm based on the price listed and the written product description listed on that page. If the product listing does not include those specific options you may have to upgrade to a more expensive version. Often times a customer see options in one specific photo on the listing and the specifications are not included in that price model, but in the more expensive one and they expect to get the one with all of the additional features. Please always make sure to read the listing thoroughly to confirm exactly what comes on the product you are purchasing.

I ordered a three wheel motorscooter in July. I called several other online companies advertising the same scooter, but they were all back ordered. Chris, the salesman, told me more than once that they had this scooter IN STOCK. I paid the full amount by eCheck. Chris told me the delivery date was two weeks. Then three weeks, and then two months, because it had to come from China. I asked for a full refund, but Tim, the supervisor, refused. Today, they told me it will be another month, and it was my fault because they told me that a few days ago. Do not buy anything from this company unless you are prepared to lose your money.

I apologize you were upset about a back order for your unit, but can assure you that the item you ordered is very rare and often needs to be back ordered. The lead times on that 300cc Trike kit is about 16 weeks and orders occasionally take that long to import if they are not available in the United States. You obviously placed an order at a time when there was not a single supplier that had them available. All of these units come from the same Distribution Facility "Icebear" in Southern California. We happen to be one of their largest sellers of their products and therefore get access to their stock much earlier than our competitors. You made the correct decision purchasing this unit from us as we were able to fulfill your order and you probably got the best possible price on the internet by doing business with us. Bought a chair from these crooks! It stinks, broke before it was used, doesn't fit any human I know. These crooks won't return our $600, answer our emails, give us the run around when we call, blame the manfacturer when they refuse to refund. And here's the biggest problem of all--THEY DO NOT ADVERTISE THEIR NO REFUND POLICY UNTIL YOU HAVE PURCHASED ITEM. I am calling BBB & state attorney.

I apologize you feel that way about a product you pruchased from our website. Although we do not accept returns for buyers remorse we do offer support to resolve any issues you may experience with a product. We have the ability to get you any parts needed to replace anything that becomes broken. We also have the ability to send the product back to the manufacturer's distribution for repair or replacement depending on the severity of the damage. The Size specifications are all listed on our website based on the exact specifications provided to us by the Manufacturer. If the chair was too small then it would have been listed on the product page you agreed to purchase from. We cannot offer a return for buyers remorse or size, since this is always clearly listed on the product listing.
I ordered the solid cream color moped from them in October, they shipped a different color, yellow/white color trim combo, called them to complain and they confirmed that the yellow/ white combo is called "cream." They lied! Even though I have proof of color choices photos from their website! Also, my moped was installed with 1 very used, old, looking headlight. I called and emailed them a million times about the issue but they kelp ignoring me. I gave up trying for the warranty claim. A couple of months later, my husband lost one of the moped body parts from trying to fix the moped on his own, we tried to order the parts from them another million times, 5 months later, we are still ignored. We've had a lot of compliments on our moped from friends and they wanted our referal to purchase the same moped but we are we are too afraid to refer our friends to experience this no customer service experience as we did. They could've made more business from our referals. 7 months later, we are still driving this moped around town with missing body parts. :(

Never once were any other parts ordered nor were we made aware of your desire to get replacement parts. I apologize that you were not satisfied with your inflatable hot tub. We did infact send you replacement units and complete units to resolve your problem. For whatever reason you were not satisfied with the replacement units we sent. Even 2 years after your purchase we were able to get you a Credit and as of now you have an in-store credit for any future purchase with our company.
Oh my God! This is without a doubt the WORST customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I called about a trike kit listed for $1999. 00 (price negotiable). I was connected to sales who spoke so quickly that I coukd not even keep up. The price immediately went from $1999 to $2900 once all the "options were added on". I then told the salesman that was more than I wanted to spend. He then asked my price range. I stated that I saw one listed with a vendor on Ebay for $1400 plus $250 s and h. He then stated that I must be really stupid if I am calling a retail site expecting them to match an auction site. (The price was not auction, but from an Ebay vendor). As for the stupid part, I have been on active duty in the Army for 22 years, am currently a doctoral student and have an MBA and an MA in Logistics Management. In addition, I have a documented IQ of 139 and Mensa member. I was so shocked that I addressed the salesman with profanity, something I rarely do. The salesman then proceeded literally say DA, DA, DA, DA over and over again I hung up. I called back to speak to a supervisor and was placed on terminal hold. Called back again and the person answering the phone asked the name of the salesman. When I stated that I didn't catch it because he spoke so fast, the response was there was nothing that they could do and if I didn't like the experience, shop elsewhere. This seems to be a company wide systemic problem. I could only hope that the CEO of Safer Warehouse reads this site to get honest customer feedback.
I apologize for your communication with our sales staff and can assure you that they do not handle customer service issues. We are a wholesale distribution facility who brokers to get you a product from the Manufacturer's distribution facility and we only can negotiate price on the purchase of multiple units. We supply a lot of local dealerships and that is what the "Make and Offer" portion of our website is catered to. We really cannot negotiate at all on a single purchase and our prices are MAP pricing through the manufacturer. If you were trying to price match we can usually offer you some wiggle room, but the price needs to be from a reputable "Retail" site. We in no way match prices with "EBAY" as they sell used units and people sell units they fabricate themselves out of their basement and sell at low cost. EBAY is all based on the reputation of the Seller not the actual site. I feel that possibly when the salesman realized he did not have any chance of meeting your price range he lost interest in the conversation. Although that may not be acceptable customer service, our salesman really are just order processors. We do have customer service departments to help out with any issues you may have once a sale has been made. I assure you they are here to cater to your needs and treat you right. It seems to me that this was a simple "Kicking the Tires" sales call and you really did not have any intention in making a sale with our company as you price range was worlds away from what we could accommodate. Once the salesman realized this he wanted to move on to the next phone call coming in with a qualified buyer.
The worst customer service I have every dealt with,
They will say anything to get a sale, and once the sale is finalized you can forget about everything they said. There excuse for everything is "we are dealing with over 100 suppliers so there is bound to be mistakes" well I ordered with you not 100 suppliers.
I received my order a month later than the date promised. When I did receive it more than half was missing. Ardy in warranty and parts is by far the worst rep to deal with. Would not even let me talk to his manager.
Bottom line, pay a little extra and find a better supplier, I promise you the only service you will enjoy is the salesmen even there they will try to rip you off by saying "oh shipping is so much more than expected please meet us half way."
So much BS you cant imagine. I hope this company goes under soon for the horrible service they have.

Although you have a negative view of our customer service, I can assure you that every customer is treated with the exact amount of respect they have for us. When a customer calls in completely irrational and upset, as you did then the respect is reciprocated. We do in fact have many different suppliers and we do not physically handle some of the merchandise listed on our website, but we have the ability to get you any replacement parts needed. As far as our conversation back then a year ago, I was in fact the Manager of the Parts and Warranty department and I did not have a supervisor. The only person you could have spoken to was me and I was the only person who could have resolved your issues. The more I told you there was no one else the more angry you became. We are not a retail establishment nor are we a corporation. We are a small business with only about 50 employees and there is not really a Supervisor for every single person. I was the supervisor of the entire Warranty department and there was no one above me at the time. Now I am the General Manager and Administrative Claims Executive. I wish you would have had a different experience, but can assure you this was not a one sided ordeal. We attempted to help you to our best ability and you were completely resistant to accept any help other than speaking with whoever was higher up in the company than the previous. That is not how is works. You spoke with me and I offered you assistance. You refused my assistance and there was no one else that needed to speak with you.
I have read several reviews from many different website so ofcourse i was skeptical about purchasing. However, my experience has been great from the very first call. True the motorcycle that I purchased was on back order, however, i was upgraded to a better bike at no additional costs and i was always recieving updates on shipping. When I did recieve my bike, it was in top condition and new as stated with only 6 miles on it. I would definately purchase from this site again.
I wanted to purchase an Elliptical Machine and it was priced at $89.95 and then I contacted customer service and the person said that that was a mistake... an old ad. I said well you need to honor it! He said yes then came back and said the owner said no... I think, in my opinion this is a shady company! They have a no return policy... no refund... no exchange. REALLY? Very questionable
We have listings on our website for old units that we do not sell any longer so that previous customer's can reference that product on our site when trying to get replacement parts. If the unit is no longer available the Salesman will let you know and will not accept your offer. We make sure that every customer's order is fulfilled properly and if the product is no longer available with our supplier of course we wouldn't be able to sell the product to you. You never made a purchase with our company, we never took your money for the sale and nothing bad was done to you. You have no right to post a negative review against our website. As you will notice a majority of the negative posts about our company are all from people who are not our customer and have nothing better to do than harass legitimate business.

I got my item quick and they took care of me when I called and asked to speak to their different departments. I called them on a Sunday night at 11pm and they were open! I couldn’t believe it. Try to purchase from them and you probably wont be let down.
I purchased a gocart for my grandson for Christmas. I ordered it in November to get it here in time for Christmas. The go cart started having issues right after Christmas. Since it was over 30 days (36) when it was delivered they will not stand behind the warranty. The head is warped on the engine and has been that way from initial assembly. I have to pay for a small engine mechanic to disassemble it and rebuild it. The only thing I received was a set of gaskets. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS
As of 03/18/2014 this customer's issues were resolved and replacement parts were shipped to him.

DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THESE CROOKS! NOTHING! Paid $2,500.00 for a Trike Conversion Kit for my Harley. These contraptions are designed with one flaw. You can get killed when the center rear tire looses road traction and then all power and brake control is lost. Contacted the rudest people... they actually HUNG UP on me! I now am out $2,500.00 for a DEATH CONTRAPTION I refuse to install. NO REFUND on custom orders? Refund cost is 30% of purchase order? These people are insane! CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE!

It sounds to me like you had that product set up incorrectly and I am pretty sure that product comes with torsion axles that can be adjusted for perfect tire height. If you are not getting your rear tire to touch the ground it seems the product has been set up incorrectly. We have sold thousands of trike kits an different variations over the past 4 years and have never once heard of a customer experiencing the problems you have described. Hopefully by now you have figured this out.

I purchased two(2) motor scooters. They were three months in coming after several excuses for the long wait. However they charged my credit card immediately so I had little recourse through the credit card company. Unit 1 was as it should be except I cannot get the promised manuals, schematics and parts list promised but never received. Unit 2 was not the unit I ordered, was damaged, had no certificate of origin so a title could be gotten (although the $19.95 fee was paid) and none of the requested manuals. The unit comes with a very small and woefully insufficient "owners manual". Repeated appeals to the Co. Over the last few months have not even gotten me an answer to e-mails or messages left. The two people I did talk to made promises but I have received nothing.

All of our units are insured through transit with our shipping company so if they arrive damaged we can get you any needed replacement parts. The certificate of origin is not shipped with all of our units for security reasons. Once you receive the unit you need to email us your VIN # so we can notarize your paperwork and send you the titling documentation. Furthermore, the units come directly from the manufacturing warehouse and the manuals that they send with are typically the only manuals associated with these units. I hope by now all of your issues have been resolved.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this site! They are the worse vendor I have EVER dealt with. I order a motorcycle from them and it came all scratched up. It was clear that the scratches are NOT due to shipping because the their are no damages to the frame and the scratches are top of and not the sides.
I called multiple time but every time I am on hold for 15 to 30 mins before I can talk to anyone and every time they said they will look into and call me back but they never do. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager. Finally after 3 months of me calling and demanding for a solution they said there are not going to do anything!

Answer: I am still out $1200 and it has been over a year since I ordered my Facial table for my business. Everytime I call and try to get an answer I get disconnected or people including the managers there are rude and make promises that I will eventually get my refund and to give it up to 90 days. Well it has been well over that and I still don't have my refund or the item that I ordered. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I believe in Karma and one day they willl get theirs. So sad that people in this world can take advantage of our hard earned money. I am disgusted of how cruel they are.

You would not send us photos we needed of the damage nor could you provide us with any information regarding what you needed. You did a chargeback and it was determined that we were in accordance and indeed helping you. The credit card sided with us and as of 2/21/14 we informed you that if you provided us with a mechanic diagnostic we would get you any parts you needed and we would help get any of your issues resolved. It is very easy to work with our parts and warranty department to resolve all problems, but you also have to be willing to cooperate when we need information in order to be able to better assist you.
