I thought we needed an additional electric forklift and since I have known Saferwholesale for more than a year now, I went to their website and check if they have an electric forklift available and they have! I went ahead to buy one and they were more than happy to serve me. Their customer service was amazing. I would love to recommend them if you needed any forklifts.
We've been using the sauna for more than a month now and has been very satisfied with its functions and how it really helped us detoxify at a very inexpensive way. We always have a great time whenever we use the sauna, especially on stressful days, or you just had a blast on a weekend with lots of alcohol. Thanks!

First of all, although they are based in the USA, all of their parts come from overseas in China. I had purchased the MSA 4-wheeler and plow in early February and it didn't arrive until almost April. I believe that the only reason it was even delivered was because I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card as they obviously didn't honor their 10-15 day policy of delivery time and I gave them every opportunity to tell me what was going on. I had called multiple times and only ever got the run-around: should be getting tracking soon, parts delay, in warehouse being put together, truck hasn't picked up yet, you name it, for almost two months I heard it.
I wasn't home when it was finally delivered and the driver apparently got the ok to leave the ATV and plow outside of my property, close to the road, with keys "hidden" under the seat, along with the open title and all paperwork.
I had no choice but to withdraw the dispute because the product was technically delivered, although I had not technically accepted it. I would've had to pay for the carrier to take the product back in addition to a refund of - 25% of what I originally paid.
I went to install the plow and realized that there are parts missing. I had to independently special order plates to secure U-bolts for the plow system. Finally, after a handful of rides, without the plow, under 15 mph, I can't get the ATV to stay running. Every time I put the vehicle in reverse, it stalls. I now need to pay my mechanic to make a house call.
My experience with this company has been awful. They are great., attentive, and customer-oriented until they get your form of payment. After that, they couldn't care less. Buyer beware!

I bought a minibike from them and first it didn't come with the attachments to connect the battery for the bike to even crank up. Then they sent the attachments and the battery is 100% dead and i took it to the auto parts store and it wasn't just dead it was a bad battery so I had to buy another battery and they wouldn't reimburse me the full price because they get batteries super cheap, but I told them I shouldn't of had to buy a battery in the first place because I just received the bike, so they should've reimbursed me the full amount, but I let that go. Then it still wouldn't crank up so I took it to a shop and it had a bad ignition switch and at first they didn't want to pay for it, but I had to go through hell to get them to finally pay for it, fast forward a year later after I've spent around $1500 on the bike so far, then the bike starts running hot and now it doesn't work and and they're definitely not going to pay for it so I truly regret ever dealing with their company, you've been warned, so buy at your own risk!

Biar, beware this is the worst place to buy anything mechanical have the parts were not delivered no instruction booklets and when we called you had to wait forever online to get somebody and they kept redirecting you it's a third-party seller do not I repeat do not buy from this company. THESE GUYS WANT 8500 EACH AND I WOULD HAVE TO ASSEMBLE THEM. THEY WERE RUDE AND REALLY DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS. MY THOUGHT IS IF YOU ARE A TRUE WHOLESALER AND THE RETAIL IS 8995 READY TO GO THAT YOU SHOULD BE 7K MAYBE 7200. ANYWAYS NO DEALS BEING GIVEN HERE, HELL NOT EVEN GOOD PRICING.

I bought one of the Coco coops And it has not worked since they dropped it off here. The battery's sparked When I turned it on and all the power was drained from it I have not been able to use the car since I bought it 2 months ago I tried to have it exchanged and they said they didn't do that even if I paid the difference between this car and a different car They said that they had to check it out make sure that it was actually the batteries but they have done absolutely nothing so the car has been sitting in my yard for 2 months
RUN RUN RUN. They shipped a damaged golf cart. Broken handles, no power, defective brakes. They asked me to remove the previous review and they would pay for everything to be fixed. Keep in mind this is a NEW golf cart. They received the invoices and ran. I have checked the reviews and they are buying them. FRAUD. Do not work with them.

Answer: I am still out $1200 and it has been over a year since I ordered my Facial table for my business. Everytime I call and try to get an answer I get disconnected or people including the managers there are rude and make promises that I will eventually get my refund and to give it up to 90 days. Well it has been well over that and I still don't have my refund or the item that I ordered. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I believe in Karma and one day they willl get theirs. So sad that people in this world can take advantage of our hard earned money. I am disgusted of how cruel they are.
