Fun to ride golf cart

Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.

Bad moped
April 12, 2022

I ordered a moped in dec. Of 2021 got it 2nd week of January 2022. Front end damage while still in crate. Took pictures and filed a claim. 1st they said it was deleted from their computer.So I sent another set of pictures and filed a 2nd claim. This time I called the company in texas that sold safer the moped. They couldn't help me. I even drove 70miles to safer's warehouse on 3/14/2022 to raise he'll. Don't buy a thing from them let alone a moped

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! They sell nothing but junk. I purchased a go kart 11/26/22 and it did not even last until the end of December. Spent alot of money on this and it won't start at all. Tried calling and was told had to submit a ticket and that I have to find my own mechanic to figure out what was wrong because they would not help me. Very poor customer service. Also said it takes at least 3 days to get a response because they have a high volume of people complaining about there products. Junk and more Junk. Poor customer service that do not stand by there products. Will not help you in determining what is wrong but will sell you more parts. Highly recommend to not buy from here. I give 0 stars but had to select 1 in order to post.

I went to the warehouse to see what the company had available in stock. They had about 50 golf carts to choose from. I spoke with Ryan the sales rep and he helped me and took me for a test drive. They have a big selection and nice product.

Worse experience ever
March 30, 2022

Bought a side car, was supposed to be 30 days, 7 months of excuses I finally received it. Was supposed to be made to fit my specific bike, cost me close to $1000 to have frame fabricated to fit safely. Very poor quality and craftsmanship, every weld had to be ground off and rewarded. They're very helpful, courteous and professional til they receive your payment, then it all goes out the window. Salesman wouldn't take my calls, had to have other people call for me then I'd get on the line...

After reading the poor reviews I still went into the showroom. Waited several minutes until the salesman. I think he is a salesman or just gets paid to talk on his phone. When he finally acknowledged me. His answer was " This is what we have " and then made a personal call.
Another customer had to chase him down since he did a houdini a disappeared.
I just decided my two possible purchases wouldn't be here.

I purchased the e-trike. Beautiful well made bike BUT even my professional bike assembly tech had some issue with on line assembly video. Trike comes in A LOT of parts. It would be so helpful to have written step by step diagrams & assembly instructions on line + video option for more skilled bicyclists. NO paperwork in box. Shaky amateur assembly video online, whips too fast from one step to another & seems to miss some steps. Need diagrams of parts, wiring & placement of controls by handlebars.- probably OK for a skilled bike tech but in my opinion,, too vague &* quick for average buyer.

This is a fraudulent business. They mislead our family about their shipping capabilities and then charged us to restock the item. Totally misleading and corrupt.

Amazing bikes

Last summer I tried myself in a new activity - dirt rides. I rented a bdirt bike and drove down the dirt path for couple of hours. It was so amazing that I also wanted to acquire a dirt bike in order to ride by my own the next summer. However, it's considered to be a pretty exclusive activity and there is a little amount of companies where you can buy dirt bike. I have read plenty of information and watched lots of videos about dirt bikes and finally I found this company. I ordered here a bke and it came to me just in couple of weeks. I'm so delighted that I made a right choice and I'm eager to try it.

Terrible service. Just terrible!

Like others, I regret not reading reviews before ordering. You kind of can tell from the very first interaction with them that it's not going to be a straight forward purchase. E.g. When you have to negotiate the shipping charges, which are not available when you order. Then if you need call customer service, they are really rude. I should have followed my gut with them. Just by looking at their website and their pushy sales strategy, you can tell there is something fishy; but I'm just one customer, so don't only take my word for it. A simple google search will save you from a bad experience and potentially losing some money.

Cheap chinese products

Never buy anything from this site. Golf carts and ATV's are cheap Chinese junk made with inferior and plastic parts.

Wost Customer Service EVER!
August 27, 2021

Avoid this company at all cost. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The quad I got for my daughter came and the bumper was outside the metal frame enclosure and scratched to crap before it was even unboxed. I called and was told to create a ticket. I did. I continued to put the quad together and it was missing both rear axle nuts and washers and the lock washers and nuts for steering knuckles. I never heard back, created another ticket. Still no work. I went on to Chat and the person told me to go to the hardware store and buy them. I then called and the lady was rude and told me to wait 3 business days but I explained that I had waited more than 3 business days and she was rude. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. I do not know if others have had trouble before but I am posting my experience on all my social media platforms. If I treated clients the way they do, I would be out of business. Now thanks to their lack of professionalism I get to give my daughter a quad she cant use and has damage. At this point all I want is to return the damn thing and I will buy elsewhere. Company is a Joke!

Unhappy Experience

Safer wholesale sold us a kids atv. My wife thought we were getting a adult atv. We didn't notice the receipt they sent us was a kids atv receipt. We figured it out after we received the shipment. They wont take it back and are not willing to work with us. Make sure if you order anything from this company it's what you expect to get before you receive it.
