Ryobi enjoys a mixed reputation among its customers, with notable strengths in product quality and versatility. Many users appreciate the performance and ease of use of their tools, particularly battery-operated lawn equipment, which is praised for its efficiency and lightweight design. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to warranty claims, service delays, and difficulties in obtaining replacement parts. Complaints about inadequate support and communication suggest a need for improvement in customer relations. Overall, while Ryobi has a loyal customer base, enhancing service responsiveness could bolster its reputation further.

This is my second one gallon 18 volt chemical sprayer. First was purchased on March 2018. Disappointed that it did not last longer, however, it was so easy and convenient to use that I purchased a second one. Rechargeable battery is interchangeable with other Ryobi tools. I am a 72 year old woman so a one gallon sprayer, once it is filled, is about all the weight I can handle.
One receptical did not function properly. It keeps throwing a breaker even though nothing is plugged in to it.
The green light on left side dual receptical goes off after about 5 seconds reset. Right side receptical works fine.
At no time has the GFCI breaker been tripped.
I had a Ryobi leaf blower for about 5 years and it finally quit (the fan disintegrated) last month.
I bought a competitors blower & returned it with in a day as it did not measure up to the Ryobi. I am glad that I did as the new blower is a newer model (naturally, after 5 years) & has better power than my old one & works well on wet & dry leaves. Because I also have about 16 other 18v all in one Ryobi tools I now have another spare battery. Love the product & make good use of all of the 16 tools I have
I have many of there tools love them all... easy to use especially for me that I have arthritis. Would recommend these products.
Your Tools are the BEST the drills blower sprayer air pressure every peace is super the tiller is find and the people at home depot believe in the RYOBI is one of there best idems in there store. The blower that I have for 6 years is still going strong. I have 8 RYOBI product. They are all working great. I recommend that you invest in RYOBI products in the long run you will be very happy and fill that the money you but into there PRODUCT is like putting money in the bank. Every X mass i buy a new RYOBI product for my son, and he love them. This year WE are going to buy him a Sprayer. Thanks RYOBI for your product. And bring more products to the marked this year.
The blower works great but I bought and extra battery and the blower doesn't last long even on slow speed
I have trimmer, drill, blower, hedge trimmer, enjoy them, the 40 volt trimmer and love the power, and dependability
I am now having sever back problems and am still able to do my yard, thanks to my RYOBI EQUIPMENT. I have noting to say but good, I have had them 5 years, I am retired and 76 years old
My son bought me the outdoor leaf vacuum for Christmas but unfortunately I did not actually receive it till July of this year 2020 because we live live several hours apart and then the pandemic started. The item worked great one time then never worked again. When I checked with Ryobi on internet, it stated must have receipt. I had no receipt and my son had lost the receipt. I gave Ryobi a bad review because I was pretty upset, however, the next day I received a email from ALEX who manages online reviews and said he wanted to help me. He turned it over to Ryan the Product Manager. Both men were polite and professional and acted concerned. They had me do different things to help them troubleshoot what the problem was. I thought it might be the battery or charger. It turned out to be the actually leaf blower and end of story, Ryobi sent me a brand new one with a battery and charger. Its been awhile since I have seen great customer service like this. Thank you guys very much.

DON'T EVER BUY RYOBI, AND EVEN WORSE DON'T EXPECT THEM TO HAVE ANY LEVEL OF INTEGRITY, WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR TOOLS OR COMPANY!
I had a brand new less than 2 month old RYOBI battery and tools in my truck, not even charging and it burnt my new truck up before I sold the truck.
I tried to get a hold of Ryobi multiple times over the phone, emails, social media and everything; and they completely ghosted me about the whole thing. Wouldn't even replace the tools or anything!
*Luckily I was outside when this happened and heard the truck topper window explode and there was a hose near by to extinguish the fire before it was a total loss!
Bought the 3000 psi washer and I am very happy with the choice I made. It is lightweight and I love the dial head for selecting the type of spray. Ryobi just keeps getting better and better!
I have a couple of Ryobi electric products and have had wonderful service with them with no problems
The thing never works. Worst purchase and I love other Ryobi products. Unfortunate buy. It will stop every five seconds no matter what you do.
My electric pressure washer is easy to use, light & does a great job cleaning the driveway, and home
Used ryobi tool from day one, everyone told me you are throwing your money away. So i threw my money for a home run. And still have some of the orginal tools
Thanks
My quarrel with Ryobi is probably with the batteries more than anything. One quite after two years, and the others last so briefly I spend more of my time walking back to the house to put it back on the charger. The drill does the best, but the Reciprocating saw and Circular saw's lifetime is useless. You can make maybe five cuts on 12'' boards. Also, the one battery refuses to work on the Circular saw.
Easy to use. I have long overdue brush cutting and it is perfect for the job. Would recommend Ryobi products.
I recently purchased the Ryobi Gas Jet Fan Blower at Home Depot, and found this product to be exceptional regarding it's ease of use. The blower is very easy to start, and albeit new, runs consistently well and appears to measure up quite well to what it is advertised to do. I'd recommend this product.
Bought a electric lawn mower it was everything I wanted light weight easy to push I could not be happier with it.
I bought this because it was supposed to be less noisy and economic, but the handle underneath, makes it so noisy that you have to place it on a rug, or take out the handle. If it wasn't for that is will be perfect. Some of my friends have the same problem with theirs, so it means the problem is the handle.
I ran a lawn care and used all of the attachments. Never had a problem with them. Weed eaters, chain saws, drills. Still buy them now.
Answer: I own 2 chain saws, 18" bar and 14"bar, both run excellent, I have cleared a lot of trees over the last several years on property up north, thank you
Answer: Yes, call Ryobi's 800 number. They will send a replacement. The same thing happened to me.
