Had to do some searching but finally found the factory speakers that the unit came with and RV Upgrades had them in stock.

This is not plug n play. Connector does not match up with my wiring. Trying to find connector. Haven't completed modification to make it compatible with mine. Don't buy from these people.

The tubes of Dicor sealant I purchased were pack in a box that was too short. To fit the box, the plastic applicator ends were bent to the point of almost becoming dislodged from the end of the tube. I was able to straighten them and hope they don't leak when I try using them next week, or the week after.

Only able to use it one time and that was a very short tow across town and back. I did extensively read the reviews of other people who have purchased this product beforehand and feel I made a good purchase. I am coming from a bar and chain WDH (also Husky brand) and with my rather heavy TT it makes a noticeable improvement immediately. There is some (a lot) of noise when turning sharply which is not at all unexpected.

Deliver was fast. Speakers were easy to install and sound great. The whole installation of the two speakers only took about 30 minutes from start to finish!

My fault first of all. I neglected to put the lot number on the address so UPS returned the item. The 5 rating is because of the way RVUpgradestore handled it. My brother received the order once I corrected the issue. RVUpgradestore did a wonderful job to redirect the shipment and get him the items.

We ordered a tow bar the night of July 1st. When I got the confirmation email, I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. I called the morning of July 2nd and spoke to Ellen. She corrected the address and was professional and personable. To our surprise the tow bar was delivered on July 3rd! That is the fastest free shipping ever!

I ordered a replacement handle for my RV refrigerator. I got the right part in a timely manner. Installation was easy.

Vent cover for our RV was exact fit.
We received an incorrect item and was sent the correct item quickly. Customer service was excellent.

We had to call and REDIRECT the delivery address. We wanted it sent to an ACE Harware store because we we were on a Military base. I used Amazon pay, and Amazon pay directed it to my home address. RVUpgrade got me straightened out. We did receive it the next day at ACE Hardware not my home address that Amazon pay used. Thanks RVUprade.
