We ordered a tow bar the night of July 1st. When I got the confirmation email, I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. I called the morning of July 2nd and spoke to Ellen. She corrected the address and was professional and personable. To our surprise the tow bar was delivered on July 3rd! That is the fastest free shipping ever!
I ordered a replacement handle for my RV refrigerator. I got the right part in a timely manner. Installation was easy.

Installation was straight forward with no issues. The document for ALL manufactures has much more detail about the "why?" if you're curious. I used the Carrier-specific document with no issues. If you're doing a lot these then you might as well always put the black wire from the ES to the Load side of the contactor rather than using a spade terminal on the contactor bundle. The only issue was deciding where to mount it as there was not enough room inside the electrical service panel. The RV Upgrade Store had the absolute best price that I could find from a well known retailer.
We had to call and REDIRECT the delivery address. We wanted it sent to an ACE Harware store because we we were on a Military base. I used Amazon pay, and Amazon pay directed it to my home address. RVUpgrade got me straightened out. We did receive it the next day at ACE Hardware not my home address that Amazon pay used. Thanks RVUprade.

When I purchased my Norcold refrigerator (from another source) in May the ad for it made me think it came with door panels. When it arrived, it didn't have them, so I'd purchased from RV Upgrades before for other Norcold repair parts and bought the set of door panels from them for my new refrigerator. They arrived in just a couple days which worked out great for completing my installation which is on a houseboat about 4 hours from where I live.

Ordered a pair of wipers for my 2005 Airstream Landyacht. They fit perfectly and received them 2 day's earlier than the delivery date.

Received thermostat, worked fine for about two weeks, the. Working problematic. Won't turn on AC unit unless power cycling thermostat. Also sporadically wont shut off AC thermostat at set temperature.
