Would like to see everything you have to offer available on the website. But you can order the catalog free, which is nice, many other places require you to purchase their catalog.
Live chat person had some difficulty bringing up the circuit board I needed. But, finally got it done with their help, otherwise I would have had to buy it elsewhere. The circuit board I needed was a little more than what I could have gotten it for elsewhere, but that said, the customer service here was absolutely fantastic. The shipping was really fast, some things ship seperately, but the part I needed most arrived the very next day after ordering!. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Your web site is a nightmare to navigate in every way! Not even close to being user friendly! Even the last page at checkout, you are at the bottom entering CC number and there is no "place order" box. You have to go back to the top to find it. Seriously? Good products at good prices, thank you!
Second comment, Received damaged tow bar with possible manufacturing defect and RV Upgrades has sent another tow bar to arrive today (2/3/14).
