Very nice transaction! I haven't had a chance to install the product as of yet (due to the winter weather) but everything looks A-OK and is exactly as I expected. Shipping lead time was excellent and economical.

Quick, Easy and efficient
Great product, easy to install and the price was right.
This is the first time I have ordered through you guys and you are actually cheaper than my local distributor... I ordered the wrong size in the beginning, so that was my error, which left my customer waiting. I received the correct size within a reasonable amount of time. When I did get the second one we were pushed to get this installed to make sure our customer was taken care of. In the middle of the install my Tech realized that dead center in the middle of the vinyl room it was missing one of the snaps. The tech took the part down to a upholster and had them install a snap on there so we could still get this installed for our customer who had been waiting. Other than this issues the product turned out really good and the customer was happy.

Andrea and Cheryl were very helpful in answering concerns. After the order, package arrived in great shape and on time.
The product worked as advertised, and made a huge difference in the softness of the water.
The only complaint I would have is the plastic fittings for attaching the hoses. They do not look like they will hold up that long. That said, we may just set it up to use quick connects for ease of use. So that should help the plastic fittings last a lot longer.
