Sales tax didn't show till the end of checkout.

Do not understand the 7% tax when our sales tax rate is 6 1/2%.

Your online ad for the vacuum system I purchased included FREE shipping but the checkout would not delete the charge.after talking to a rep I found out that the charge was for a different part that I had ordered there was no charge on the vacuum the rep was very helpful

I received the incorrect item, am older model. I was told to photograph the item I received and email it to sales for their review. I received a return label and am waiting for the correct item to be shipped.

I ordered this water hose hatch to go along with the Shoreline hose reel previously ordered. I have not installed the hatch yet but I am satisfied it will meet my needs and expectations.
