Good telephone experience. Courteous and helpful. I placed my order online a week later. The ordering process went smoothly. My only concern was the lack of communication during the ten days or so that the order was being processed and shipped. A confirmation of shipment and a tracking number would have been nice and eliminated my email to find out where the order was.

I ordered a water softner and received it the next day. Much cheaper than the big RV part store.
I have always been treated great at RV UPGRADES.
