Item is as describe. I had no problems in installing the MaxAir replacement part. Our fan works like new again.
When you look at an item listed as "Coleman Mach 9630-715 Deluxe Style Heat Ready Ceiling Assembly for Heat Pump..." you would think it means it's ready to go, when in fact the actual heater is not included. If that is the case, imho the description should say " (heating element not included)" rather than the vague "heat ready". Finding this out, I then looked to buy the actual heating element, and it said it was only intended to slightly warm the air, but was not really a true heater
I recently purchased an equalizer jack handle, it showed more than five in stock. After calling multiple times finally getting someone I was informed that they put stock online when they truly don't have it. I was told that is a directive from the owner, if you can purchase items elsewhere, please do so.

The cap I orderd was the correct product it was just for the wrong side there site doesnt say which view orientation to look from, It was OSLI, I ordered the right side and will keep the left for future repairs if needed.
