I am trying to return the wrong one for the right one but it will cost me 83.00 to do so. I have to return these at 25% return cost, plus shipping. So not sure what Im doing. This is the reason for the low rating. Plus it took 3 days for someone to get back to me. I called twice and e-mailed as well.

Exactly what we needed to replace our old thermostat that switch was shorting out. After waking up cold from heater not working and having to get up in the middle of the night to wiggle the switch. We knew it was time to find a new thermostat. Hooked it up in less than 10 minutes. Works great!

I signed on with a number of online suppliers for this very rare part (Thetford Tecma Macerator Controller). Asked them all to notify me when they had the part back in inventory. Only 4 out of ten notified me and RV Upgrades was the first and the least expensive. They have earned my loyalty!

I ordered a sink that fit perfect and ordered a radio kit which they didn't have But they were very quick to let me know.

Bluetooth is dead on unit received, was directed back to Micro-Air for remedy

The controller for my hydraulic jack was broken while at a horse show and RVupgrade had the unit and sent it out next day.
