Ordered a dometic brisk air 2 15k air conditioner and three associated parts. The three parts came with no issue. The actual air conditioner was another story. The air conditioner came via UPS and looked as if someone dropped it from a three story building. Why use the manufactures box to ship - have no earthly idea. I refused the shipment - was a Thursday. I tried to contact RV Parts Country - rather impossible due to no voice communication being available on their end. Tried emailing sales - waste of time. Tried their ticketing system - another waste of time. Was told, via a service rep in the ticket, to email "Returns". In the mean time UPS tried to deliver the ac unit again - was Friday of the same week. Refused the shipment again and told the driver, for a second time, to not attempt delivery again. Driver told me the shipper requested it be delivered. "Returns" had not made contact with me so it was at that point I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I'll never do business with RV Parts Country again. BTW - review the yelp reviews.
THIS IS THE EXACT SAME COMPANY AS BIG DADDY RV ARTS! THEY ARE THE SAME BUSINESS OUT OF KY. I cannot believe this business has any good ratings. Just do a Google search and you will find fraudulent activity from both companies (that are the same). They deny being affiliated but are indeed synonymous. Reviews filled with people depicting bad practice and customer service is always run by a female of same names. Do your research it's out there. So much more on this.
I ordered a part in June, I provided the wrong shipping address. I was informed by the shipping company that the product had been returned. The company has no customer service number to be able to speak with a actual person. I have sent around 10 emails to the customer service team requesting that they please resend the part to me. My last email was to please refund my money due to lack of response. I finally ordered from someone else. This was weeks ago, I still have not had a response. This company is by far the worst company you could possible work with. I have finally came to the conclusion I am not getting my money back! And took the loss, I understand that this started out as my fault but why in the world would you keep my money? Worst customer service I have ever not received!
This place is a scam. They took my money and never sent the product. The customer service number is a recording. The "contact customer service" form on their website gets you identical worthless canned responses every time. The email address they share here with disgruntled customers (*******@rvpartscountry.com) gets you another canned response that tells you to use the form on their website. Filing a fraud claim as I warned I would do in all my recent email requests to them... save yourself the headache.
I placed an order for 8 items including three gallons of sealer. They shipped one item in one envelope though USPS with one tracking number. They sent an email stating that all the items were shipped and received. In this email they referenced the single tracking number mentioned above as if all the items were shipped in one package with the one tracking number. The seven other items never arrived because they were never shipped. USPS provided me a picture of the package associated to the tracking number they provided. It was just an envelope, and being far too small could not possibly have contained all seven items I paid for. Their phone line is useless. It's nothing but an automated answer system telling you to contact them on line. I filled out their form on line asking about the rest of my order. They took days to respond, and only told me they were "looking into it". I let a week go by and asked them again about my order. They responded days later stating they are very busy and provided no update on my order. After a month of this back and forth garbage I reported them to the fraud division of my credit card company. You should do the same if you have issues with them.
I've been waiting over a month with no communication. Their phone number is a fraud, a recording that tells you to contact them online and then they ignore their emails!
I still have not received my refund! It has been 2 months. Not even an email response. This is ridiculous!
I wrote a bad review about a month ago because I was sent the wrong sink. I paid $112.64 for the sink. I ordered it on May 1st, 2020. I had to pay $31.71 out of my pocket to send the sink back. I scanned in my receipts for proof of payment and proof of paying UPS for the return. I was told on June 1st that I would be issued a refund that day by email because apparently you CANNOT ever reach anyone by phone. I still have not received my refund. I had to order the sink from another company which has already been delivered and installed. I guess I'm going to have to contact the Better Business Bureau. Maybe then I can get my $144.35 back! I would NEVER recommend RV Parts Country to anyone!
Almost $700. Gone. Received a damaged air conditioner. Paid additional insurance $ to cover the damaged air conditioner. Return department does not use a phone. Customer service does not use a phone. Emails do not get returned. Once you pay, you are screwed
I ordered an air conditioner. It came in a timely manner but it was damaged. That's where the trouble began put in a damage claim and they have been very slow to resolve the issue. When I call the number I just get a recording and then I'm disconnected. Other parts that were sent we're not right for my application. It would be nice to be able to talk to a person. This shouldn't be so hard
This company sent me a defective thermostat and refused to return it it was never even used. Contacted dometic they informed me because it was defective from factory to send it back to rvpartscounty.com and rvpartscounty.com says they aren't allowed to take it back. Rvpartscounty.com wants me to file a warranty claim all over a thermostat. They want me to hook my canper up drag it into dealer have them keep it to look at all over thermostat. Read reviews before purchasing anything from this company. Yelp has over 40 complaints exact same as mine refusing to honor broke and damaged items. Never heard of a company doing this. Shop somewhere else if you have to pay more ots worth it in long run
They shipped a $800 A/C unit which I paid the extra insurance on. They didn't have the right address on and fedex left it unsecured at an office 1/2 mile away. Where it was stolen. No signature required, no phone number for the driver to contact me. They put the insurance in their name so they have to file the claim. A week later I have had no response on the claim and the cubicle drone sent a message that they consider it delivered and they won't do anything. I'll be posting all the events on my new domain. Rvpartscountryscam.com. These people don't even have a phone number and dozens of bad reviews. I really should have done a search on them before trusting them.
The only thing good to say about these guys is the very quick shipping. But when it comes to returning an item... that's another story. I ordered a range from them and three days later it arrived with shattered glass everywhere. Almost a week later I'm still waiting to hear back from them on how to return this item!

The air conditioner showed up with a broken cover and the case of the air conditioner is all dented up. Who knows if they just shipped a broken part or the shipping company broke it. Either way not a huge deal as long as someone takes care of it.
Here is the deal their phone numbers do you no good. They claim they don't answer the phone as they don't want you to be on hold. Well I have waited all day checking email looking for an answer without one. Makes me feel as if they took my $900 and could care less.
Part of this is my fault I should have read on their site that if you dispute paypal they say it's fraud. I have never seen anyone have that, must mean they get a lot disputes.
I don't normally post reviews and try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, however with no way to call and I see the owner at least pretends to care by responding to reviews on here maybe this will help.
Ignoring this will not go away for them. I have a $900 useless part sitting on my kitchen floor as I can't put a broken air conditioner on my camper.
I am beyond angry at their lack of customer service more than anything, and will likely never purchase from them again, nor would I advise anyone else to.
I am going to give this another day or two for an outcome then I will forward this to the BBB and if needed file a dispute with paypal for sending an item that was broken.
I will update with the outcome of this and hopefully can in the future update this with a positive review.
RV parts country please feel free to call me. I have given you this option all day today.
Update. They still haven't given my my money back. They have had my parts back for a week. It's almost $900. I keep getting the run around. Have yet to give me an answer when I get my money back.
Oh and contacting the owner support email gets you nowhere.
UPDATE 5-6-2020 I got my money back. It took threatening to contact the attorney general, BBB and filing a paypal dispute.
Ordered the water heater on Sunday and received it on Wednesday quick turn around we have hot water now Thank you
Ordered a 6 gallon replacement water heater received it in 2 days, 1 courner was bent but not too much for my hammer to fix, 3 screws were missing, but not $200.00 worth.
Installed and working fine.
Every once in awhile, I like to order stuff from 'the little guy' instead of Amazon, and in this case, the price was better on a Camco Rhino 28g waste cart. Monday will be two weeks since I placed the order. Today I called credit card to dispute the charge.
Everything went well at first. The cart was apparently shipped promptly and I was supposed to have it last week. Never came, and Fedex tracking suddenly started saying 'pending - no delivery date available'.
Called company. A pre-recorded message saying they don't take phone calls anymore, that they have found it better to do things by email. (yeah, that's better).
Problem 1, the 'contact us' webpage wouldn't work (it had a 'verification' section, with a blank picture). Finally found an alternate email using some Google magic. After several days of trying to get Fedex to locate the package, (and hours on the phone with them), I gave up. They have no idea where package is. So I've been emailing rvpartscountry directly. They were going to 'look into it' according to their last email 24 hours ago. No contact from them since, despite another email to them this morning with my phone number asking them to call me.
I actually paid 5 dollars extra for 'insurance' on top of the 15 dollar shipping charge. Fedex told me the shipper has to initiate a claim. Did they? Who knows, they're not talking.
THERE'S SOMETHING SHADY ABOUT A COMPANY THAT HAS NO WORKING PHONE. AVOID BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE 5/20/19 - This company absconded with my money and has refused to reply to my emails. Thankfully, my credit card credited me the full amount of my loss. This is only the 2nd time in my life I've ever had to dispute a charge on my credit card.

Took them 30 days to refund my defective return and they o my refunded $24 of my $37! They kept 35% restocking fee?! Can't reach them by phone only email. This company is joke! Stay away and order your RV parts from a reputable company not this one!
Ordered. 2 table leg bases only received 1, back and forth email with return dept sent order number and that's last I heard, still no part, bad customer service, never again.
I paid for expedited shipping and they sent the wrong parts... Impossible to call these jerks. Leaving for a trip w/o the needed parts.

Would give zero stars if I could... and wish I had read these guys' online reviews before ordering from them... I think one of five review sights sights get them up to 2.5, the others are all at 1 star. Definitely not worth saving money from RVPC if you have the chance, unless you're okay getting your stuff almost a month later and broken, only to have to deal with a completely non-functional non-caring customer service and/or return department. You will get the run-around, guaranteed. They don't allow phone calls or have an answering number, run days behind on their emails, have no remorse for that and lied saying they never got my original emails, when surely they went through. Fortunately, the company who made the product I bought stepped in and made the replacement... not without telling me my story and these complaints are common with RVPC. I wouldn't be surprised if RVPC is dropped as a vender by this company...
Answer: Scam. They shipped me only one item out of 8 I ordered and sent me an email with the USPS tracking number for the one small package, but they listed all 8 items in the email as if all items were shipped in the one package. The "package" was an envelope containing a tube of caulk. USPS provided me a picture of the package. The other items I ordered included 3 one gallon cans of sealer which could not possibly have fit into the envelope associated with the USPS tracking number. They don't answer their phone. It just plays a recording telling you to go to their web site. Filling out a form on their web site only resulted in them saying "we are looking into it" and they were very slow to respond. Follow-up requests from me resulted in more slow replies from them in which they simply state "we have been very busy" but provided no update or explination. This went on for a month until I finally reported them to the fraud division of my credit card company.
Answer: They probably wont send you a new one. You will have to send it back and pay for shipping yourself (as was my experience).
