Expect to wait on hold from 20-60 minutes when you call them. My passport came back with the WRONG last name! They put a space after the first three letters! Which is not consistent with any of my other documents or application that I provided. I called them and they refused to accept ANY responsibility. I will NEVER use them again.

We are so sorry that the Passport Agency printed your passport incorrectly. There are steps that can be taken to have it corrected, if the governments re-checks the application and confirms their error.

Terrible experience - provided no services and refused to honor the refund they promised.
Their understanding of customer service is to throw their fine-print 24-hour refund terms and conditions in your face even though they didn't provide a service or incur a cost.
I followed their refund dispute resolution process and they promised a partial refund given that my claim made sense (keeping a $150 non-refundable fee for doing nothing) to be processed between 45-65 business days. This is an absurd fee and timeline, but I accepted and waited.
Even then, they did not honor the refund. Completely ghosted me. No explanation, no response.
I feel scammed.
I will not "RushMyPassport" again using this company. After selecting a 1-3 week expedited option for passport renewal, it took over 14 weeks of waiting to finally get a notification that my passport has shipped. I understand delays, but over 10 weeks extra is excessive, especially if they are not proactive in keeping me updated with what is going on. In addition, their refund policy IS CRAP and claims that anything "out of their control" is not a reasonable reason for a refund. If you market that you can rush a passport in 1-3 weeks, you better darn well be able to do so.
The entire process was clear, simple and easy. The representative that I spoke to was knowledgable and friendly. I expedited my passport and had it in a matter of days so I could go to London! Easy and fast!

I had a missions trip to Cuba that was supposed to take place in September but then got moved up several months. I wasnt going to be able to make the VISA cutoff trying to go the normal route to renew my passport so I used the priority service. 5 days from door to door, not business days, DAYS! Didnt think it would happen that fast!
Very easy to follow instructions. Once all was sent out I received updates as to the status of my passport and delivery. Its a basic form to fill out and you provide a passport photo, then its out of your hands. I received my passport even earlier then I expected.

Service in all shops is not the same. In one shop, the one I finally ended up using, although not as convenient as a closer one, the service was excellent and the employee who helped me was knowledgeable and courteous. In another closer to home, it was appalling how uninformed the person who attended me and her boss were about processing passport info. I had to leave that place and go to the other.
