DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE it is a scam! I mailed them my passport and documents on 12/28 for their five week service for over $250. My documents were not received by the government until today 1/14 over TWO WEEKS LATER. I would've been better off just mailing them myself. When I contacted customer service they were extremely rude told me it must have been "weather delays" (there has been no inclement weather in the past two weeks, I live in the north) and there was nothing they could do. I am out all this money and now will likely have to cancel my trip. Absolute scammers I truly don't know how they get away with this. I'm so sad.
I sended my application for Renewal in 06/29/2021 and received my old passport in 11/03/2021, but the new passport not received, so I canceled with my credit card the payment of $171.95, and they still not sending my new passport, and cero communication are all, I lost those passports.

Everyone told me that renewing my passport would be a nightmare PLUS we are moving in two months so it needed to get here fast to avoid address change problems but couldn't wait till we got to the new place because of the dates of our trip. Rushmypassport made the paperwork super easy online, then popping in to get my picture taken was 5 minutes tops (although it's terrible picture) When my paperwork got to their facility they discovered that I'd filled something out wrong but emailed me and I was able to fix it the next day by calling in. THEN my passport got here sooner than expected. All in all the process took about 4 weeks and that was including Christmas. Well worth the expedite fee to have this process done quickly.

I paid for the expedited "smart" service and was charged $19 for USPS priority for my passports outbound travel and $19 for Fedex 2day to get my passport to RMP (not sure why both are the same $$ but you get USPS on the way back). My passport was processed within the six week time but it has now been 7 business days since it was listed as "shipped" without a tracking number and I have not received my passport. I used RMP online chat and the chat support agent actually closed our conversation before my question was answered. As a result, I called the customer service line the next day and was told that the US DoS forgot to put my tracking number in their system and so it was now MY responsibility to call the DoS and get the tracking number. I tried calling and of course its a huge wait such that they couldn't take any calls. This is not the $182 level of customer service in handling this process that I paid for. Since this was just a renewal I could have filled out the form and paid for expedited service through the DoS and saved money but I thought I was paying for someone else to handle the troublesome parts of the process. Turns out not so much.
I paid over $450 in total for the most expedited service possible and passport renewal fees, that was supposed to get me my passport in 6 weeks. No one at the Fedex office I went to was familiar with the process, and my status updates were telling me things that we not true. It said it was delivered, and it was not. I talked to many people (after struggling to not talk to a recording), and no one could tell me where it was and why it would say it was delivered. I could not get a tracking number, and found out from the Dept. of State that there is actually no special service to guarantee getting it in less than the 12 weeks that is offered by the Dept. of State. After paying hundreds in extra fees, there is nothing they are doing for that money, and I am still without a passport... 7+ weeks later. According to the people I spoke with, "it is out of their hands" and I have to talk directly to the Dept. of State. In short, nothing they can do for you for all the extra money spent. Just go directly through the Dept. of State and save your money!

The absolute worst. They lost my wife's application and we nearly had to cancel our trip. My application took 22 days to get to the passport office, and I had to have my Member of Congress intervene to get it sent back to me in time. There is nothing here being rushed.

This company received all of my documents, claimed they didn't receive a document for my wife, provided no path to solve the problem, and refuses to respond to half a dozen emails & service tickets or ANY of the 10+ calls with 30+ minute wait times. I can never reach an agent and I can't get my wife's passport renewed in time for my company's big international trip we were supposed to take together.
I pay over 200 USA dollars to get my passport in 3 weeks. I have not get my passport and I know is not coming soon since I had to call the government agency. I am traveling next week and I will have to cancel my trip for this. This is a total scam. Do not pay them. I am so upset with this company I haven't seen my family for 2 year for COVID and now it won't be possible for this company

They claim to have an office inside FEDEX-when I went there-I received no help and was told I could "print documents" and get a photo-I got my photos done in a white button shirt and the fedex/rush my passport employee stated that was fine-the photos were later rejected for "wearing a white t shirt" I had to pay to retake photos and pay again to reship the photos-I processed everything on 07/19…the post office would've done all of this with no fee and got the passport back to me in 90 days-what is this company's services if you can't get it back sooner? Why pay them to do something that is free and the results are the same? I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't use them again-
Now if I get my passport back in less than 45 days-then I'd change my stance to a 5 star review…
We are located in over 2,000 FedEx office stores across the country. If the store you visited did not know about the process, I am sorry about that and would ask you to alert me to the store address. However, I see that there must be something that you decided to trust us, in that you sent us your documents and they are now at the Passport Agency.
I submitted my docs on 6.26, with the promise of 4 to 6 weeks delivery. My travel date is 8.3, there is no information regarding the status. The company doesn't respond to emails the phone line is always busy. I had to resort to calling my local Congress, I now have to travel to an out of state agency for processing, more costs. They won't respond to a refund request. As per my local government advice, during this current passport crisis these 3rd parties have little to no capability to rush the passport. I am getting scam vibes. Best to call the local government, this company takes your 279.00 and then provides no support.
So sorry about this. The service during the summer is taking the full 6 weeks of processing, so that is why we were not able to get it to you sooner.
No communication throughout the process and slower than expedited service through the post office. Do not waste your money.
Morgan - So sorry that you did not have a positive experience. We generally provide regular email updates, including one at the 2 and 4 week point in the service. I hope that we can get your passport timely and allow you to travel to your international destinations.
I placed my order and sent my documents on June 20,2021 and had set my travel date for July 17, which I've already had to change because my passport wont be here on time even though the website said I'd probably have it by July 16. I can't manage to speak to anyone on the phone of this company and the website has no information or updates since the last update on July 1st that the package arrived at the government facility for processing. Karina - Based on the service agreement, the timeframe is 4-6 weeks of processing at the agency. Based on this, your passport will be released between August 1st and August 15th. I am sorry if you had hoped for it to be released faster than the service you purchased. The current processing times are falling well within the 5-6 week mark at this time in the Summer. I am so sorry and hope that you can have flexibility in your travels.
On June 3rd Ive decided to renew my Passport through RushMyPassport agency. Ive decided to use 4-6 week choice as it aligned with my travel plans. All of the documents were sent the same day. For nearly 2 weeks documents were going through an" review " with their agency before it finally arrived on the 15 of June at government. The government passport site says it takes 4-6 weeks to process. I have called RushMyPassport and was told that 4-6 weeks listed on their website does not include 2 week review conducted by them and mail time too. So with priority mail, you are looking 8+weeks at best. I asked the lady if i can cancel my services with them and was told that should i decide to do this, this will cancel entire application process and i will have to start over and pay again the processing fee to the government. I am stuck and now forced to stay with RushMyPassport in order to hopefully one day get my passport
Update - owner replied that it has taken them 3 days to mark it for a review and additional 5 days to get it to the government agency. Total 8 days wasted for additional 199 fee
Update - its officially 4 weeks and the passport is not in the near sight. The government website just updated their communication that it takes 6 weeks to complete passport renewal. RushMyPassport has done absolutely zero to update/expedite the passport. If i am wrong, i will update and remove the post but so far i have a strong feeling it will not happen
Update - RushMyPassport responded that the 4-6 weeks does not take in consideration delivering passport first them so that they can deliver it to the agency. No idea why passport is not sent directly to the passport processing facility. Also would love to see what do they mean that they are doing " all they can " as everytime i call them, they refer you to call to passport facility. Next week is week 6( the time when the passport arrived at their place) i will post the update on how that goes
We apologize that the passport did not come out sooner than the 4 to 6 weeks processing time. In terms of the time it takes to get the passport to us into the passport agency, unfortunately, we cannot do this in one day it takes us a day to get it to us, a day to get it to the agency, and if there are any weekend days that impacts us as well we apologize and we will continue to do everything we can to get that passport as soon as possible.
I will make it my job to write On every review site for this company. DO NOT USE. I have started this process with them in April to receive a passport for my planned trip on 6/14, and it took them ONE MONTH to send it over to the passport agency. Today is 6/7 and I have not received my passport. They are a waste of money. Go to your local post office instead of wasting your time with this scam company. Horrible and waste of time.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Their customer service department does not care and they steal your money. It's a waste of time when you can go to the post office for cheaper and better service. Like they really try to get you. The customer service agents are ignorant, the first female I talked to hung up on me. Leave this place alone and I will proceed to really tell the truth about their service which seems to be a problem for them to do. People have to work to make money just like y'all and stealing and finessing people is not the way. That bad energy comes back to y'all more than y'all can imagine.
Patrick - We are not a fake site, rather we have been in business almost 15 years assisting customers in securing passports. If you can get me your order number, we can review and check into any questions you may have. Also, we can then review all calls to correct the behavior.
I would give this place Zero stars if I could. Never taken time to do a review before but I am compelled to do this one as a public service. Used the expedited service and paid $179 to do so. They advertise that the process takes 4-6 weeks. The way the process is supposed to work is one day to DC (you pay FedEx for this), one day review, and then one day to State Dept. It has been 9 days and my passport is still listed as under review. They can't even identify where it actually is. They did disclose that after they review it in DC, they actually use USPS to ship the passports to Philadelphia for processing. USPS! Why are we paying them then?
Given my passport's alleged status as "under review" for the last week, it's probably lost. Even if they find it, and actually get it to a State Dept. location, they are saying the 4-6 week time starts from that point. As you will see from other reviews here, they often fail to mark your passport as expedited, even when you pay for it.
Here's a tip - fill out the forms and overnight it from USPS and pay the 60 bucks for expedited. It will actually get to you faster for cheaper.
Also the call center people are rude, never have someone call you back in the time frame they are supposed to, and put fake supervisors on the phone when you try to escalate your concern.

I am sorry that you feel that we are a scam. I can assure you that we are not. We have not lost your passport, rather it was submitted on your behalf at the agency and is awaiting completion. The Passport Agency has been running a little behind in checking orders into the agency. They are no longer checking them in at arrival, rather when they begin the process. This means that while it maybe multiple days until it shows up in the system, don't worry that it is lost. Again, sorry and we hope to have it back in your hands sooner than the 4 weeks.
They take their sweet time. I gave them an itinerary and they completely ignored it. I missed my flight, my reservation. Calling them is a nightmare. They dont provide any help only stating that its in process.

Paid for 2-3 week expedited delivery. It has been 12 weeks and no passport. They will not answer anything about a refund. Everything on their website is a lie. I will never use them again or will I ever recommend them to anyone. Will find as many places as possible to leave reviews and hope it keeps someone else from getting ripped off the way I did

Don't use this company! I paid almost $300 for Rush My Passport to expedite my passport in Sept for a trip to Mexico in Oct. They held my application for approximately 4 days before submitting it to the government, and I missed the trip. The government shows the application to have been submitted for routine processing - not expedited. It has now been over 6 weeks since I submitted by application, and I still don't have a passport. Their customer service is terrible, too. I had to wait 15+ minutes to talk to an agent.
Furthermore, their reply to my written complaint wasn't accurate. I have an email from them stating when they received it and sent it to the governmental offices for processing.
