Gladia, Thanks so much! I have new passport in hand, 1 1/2 weeks after I mailed it off to RMP and the card arrived 5 days after that. Appreciated your detailed instructions and prompt responses to my emails when I couldn't get through to someone on the phone*. RMP does a GREAT job of keeping clients notified during the process and informing them of what to expect next. I'm happy to share my good experience with RMP with others.
*Tip for new customers: If you can't get through on the phone line, use the live chat function for general questions.

I was skeptical to use this service but I was in need of it so decided to go through with it. The process was so easy (besides things out of their hands like getting the pictures and printing them out) and it all happened within the requested and necessary time frame. I feel much less stressed about my upcoming trip and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to rush their passport and not wanting to deal with government agencies yourself.

When I lost my passport I was panicked and willing to pay more money for the comfort of knowing that I would have everything in order and get it in time. The first time I called them they were very helpful, the next day I called back and called all day and kept getting automated messages. I called them 17 times that day without being able to get through to get my authorization form and shipping label. I thought it was a scam since I had already paid.
I did eventually get through 2 days later and everything else went very smoothly. The email shipping updates were very helpful.
Make sure u ask for the letter of authorization and shipping label as step one! Otherwise great service that definitely works.

Overall, a very good experience. My only complaint is that once I signed up, it was very difficult to get someone on the phone as required to take the next step--I had to wait a half-hour or longer on hold. I eventually called back and used the extension number for new inquiries (as opposed to existing customers). I still waited longer than I should have, but did get someone on the line who took care of me and patiently talked me through the process of completing the documents. Once I sent everything off, the service was excellent--confirmation of receipt, status updates, and I received my passport card early and my book exactly when promised.

The company should have more customer service agents available to process existing (but new) customers.

RMP was AMAZING. My daughter was slated to go on a school trip to France. The school was waiting for her passport info to buy all the tickets. I could not find the passport anywhere. RMP sent me all the docs, we went to USPS to get the child forms, and we were good to go. The passport was received within 24 hours. I could not have been more impressed with the service we received. Gladia Rosier in particular, kept me apprised, walked me through the process, and kept in touch until the passport was in my hands. AWESOME.
