My experience with rushmypassport was positive. I received my renewed passport in a couple of days. My complaint would be on the extreme cost. I as think about it, I should have been more aware of the time frame needed.

Rush my passport saved our family vacation. I didn't realize my passport had expired until I went to check-in on-line. That was Sunday with departure on Monday. I had to cancel and make a new reservation. This was all expensive as anticipated, but I am able to spend the holidays with my family because rush my passport delivered as promised

While the whole process took a long time, The company, RushMyPassport, did an amazing job getting everything - new passport, old, expired passport, passport card - back to me in a matter of days. I had a slight problem in filling out the forms, called RushMyPassport, and the customer representative helped me a very short time. I would use RushMyPassport again without a qualm.
