It was a good experience, but expensive. Although I'd use this company again, I hope to never have to rush a passport ever again due to the stress. The company walked you through what had to be done and they were very professional. I needed my husbands passport in 5 days so I was frantic, but they assured me that if I followed the proper steps the passport would get to me on time and they were right. I called on a daily basis to get updates and they were very informative every time I called, keeping me updated. Thank you for all of your help!

Due to the short fuse on needing to renew my passport, I used my local Passport Agency to renew my passport. I did this after requesting my passport through ExpressPassport. I called to request a refund and Andi Thomas quickly and kindly processed my request, even after the three day return period had expired. Out of the $412.00 I paid, I will be returned $312.00. This was an acceptable solution.

The rush service for my expired passport was AMAZING, the processing was faster than I expected, instead of Friday delivery I received it by Wednesday!
When they say 3-5 days to get you passport, they are not kidding. I sent out all documents on Friday and my passport is already here with me on Wednesday with 3-5 days service! I wouldn't say the service is cheap (The price is very competitive though), but it's worth every pennies I spent otherwise I would miss my trip. 10 percent discount was just icing on the cake. I don't want to find myself to be in the situation that I would need to rush my passport within a week again, but if happens, I would use their service without hesitation. Thanks!
