I fly for business every week out of the country. I picked a week I was off over the Christmas holidays.
Even with the government shutdown I got my passport back a day earlier than I had signed up for!

The service exceeded mt expectations in every way, and I received my passport renewal ahead of schedule even during a government shutdown.
RushMyPassport provides a great service and got me my documents in a pinch OVER CHRISTMAS. They delivered exactly what they promised. I do wish there was a little more transparency on all of the ancillary government expenses, but I understand that they do not have control over those. Spendy, but well worth it -- I'm sitting in India now because of their fast turnaround.

When I first contacted rush my passport, I was told that I didn't qualify for the highest priority level but did qualify for a lower priority. This is something I would have no way of knowing on my own. However that meant i would receive my passport within 3 to 5 business days. I sent my paperwork in and received emails as it went through the process. The first picture I submitted was rejected by the state department, but rush my passport helped me through the process. The customer service is awesome. It took about 5 or 6 days to get my passport, and o thought the cost was high, but I'm very grateful to rush my passport for their assistance and customer service.
I am currently at step 4 for my new passport. Up to this point, I am extremely satisfied with your service.
