I'd never gotten a passport before and didn't really know what was involved but they made the whole experience "pain free". My boss told me 3 days before leaving on vacation for a week that I had to get the process started immediately, before I left the state. Their customer service people were very knowledgeable and friendly.
I was in a huge pinch and I am super grateful for the existence of this service. Yes, it's pricey, BUT if you forget to check your passport expiration date the night before you're leaving and you realize that your passport is EXPIRED, what else is there to do? I did have to postpone the travel date but at least it's going to happen. So thank you!
I needed my passport renewed quickly. Started process on June 30 and received my passport on July 10th. Subtract the weekends and July 4th holiday and you can see it was quick. They were prompt and professional in all of their correspondence. Their directions are easy to follow. And they helped out when I forgot the State Department fee's. They contacted me right away and were able to process payment over the phone. Due to my particular situation, I would have needed to schedule an appointment with the passport agency, and all the one's around me were booked for two weeks out. So handling this on my own would have definitely taken longer. Highly recommend the service if your timeframe is short or you don't have the time to run around and do it yourself. When going to the Government Website I didn't realize I was signing up with you when I clicked for a Rush Passport and so was rather annoyed when I found I had paid $99 for something I had not intended, but your service was excellent and well worth the money. I was able to send my passport to you by Fed Ex, know that all was correct (sometimes the photos can be a difficulty) and that if it was not you would advise me right away. The passport arrived very quickly and also the passport card and old passport. I was very happy with the service.
