I cannot say enough GREAT things about the service! I panicked when I realized my passport was expired five business days before my trip! I did a web search and found Rush My Passport. I signed up for the 24 hour service, they sent everything via email right away. Checklist, clear directions, all the forms and links needed. They talked me through every form to make sure everything was correct. Within three hours of my signing up for the service, I had my FED Ex shipping label and sent everything off. I called a few times to make sure I was on track (because I was NERVOUS), each time they were awesome - gave me an update, let me know everything was in order. They got my documents from me on Monday and my passport was in overnight FEDEX back to me that Wednesday! They SAVED MY TRIP and kept me informed which helped with my nerves! Alvin Tomattis was my rep, he and his team were life savers! If you are reading this review - sorry for your situation, but Rush My Passport will get it done for you!

It's a detailed process and you have to make sure all your paperwork is in order, but they really lay it all out for you and make all the requirements clear.
