Ordered a product on 7/28/2020 which will "ship in 24hrs". NEVER SHIPPED. Started to TRY to cancel the order on 8/21/2020. Told me its coming from the vendor so we have to cancel it there, and once we get a confirm from them we will cancel it. Figured ok, give them the benefit of the doubt. This brings us to 8/31/2020. They sent me an "updated shipping date" email for SEPT 3rd... WTF! CANCEL THE ORDER ALREADY! I had to dispute charge with card company. Spoke with 7 different people. Completely crazy, too bad there isnt a ZERO STAR option.

It seems like if you want to throw your money away buy from running board warehouse. They send you parts you cannot use. Where is their customer service. Very disappointed in their company.

I ordered Nerf bars for my truck. Gave them all details pertaining to the truck. The shipment arrived and was left in the driveway! Brought it into the garage and compared the nerf bar off a damaged one from my truck. The mounting holes did not line up, and the metal was very thin. I called them immediately, and received the message that "we are experiencing a very high volume of calls, and wait time exceeds one hour". I waited for the hour, which became 1 1/2 hours, but still no response! Never received a call back! Wrote on their chat line, and included all information. Their response was to call to speak to someone directly! Contacted my credit card company to dispute. Out of curiosity, I called the phone # again, and got the same message. Probably many pissed off customers. The Nerf bars go to the junkyard if they don't pick them up. Think twice about purchasing from these clowns!

HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY... KEEP CALLING TO FIND OUT MY ORDER STATUS FOR SHIPMENT... NO RESPONSE... ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS... GOING TO DISPUTE MY CHARGE RIGHT NOW WITH THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST.

Extremely dirty business practices. I placed an order on June 9th 2020. Their website boasts about how fast they ship. Says 24/48 hours if in stock. I received a tracking number on the 16th. By th 22nd FedEx still hadn't received the package for shipping. I called customer service, it took over 4 hours to get through. I had asked for them to cancel my order and issue a refund. They said they can't and that I would have to wait for the boards to ship. Then I would have to return them, then wait 2 weeks for a refund. They finally arrived on the 25th and I wouldn't let FedEx take them off the truck. Now we wait for a refund. Avoid this place at all costs. A little transparency would have went a long way.

Watch out for these guys. They make promises they don't deliver on.

I bought boards from them in April and have been trying since April 27 to get them to honor their low price guarantee. I found the same boards I bought at a competitor for less money and have followed up with them at least 7 times since then trying to get them to honor their low price guarantee. All I have gotten is the runaround so far.

I would NOT recommend doing business with them!

This company does not hold up to what they say. They are not the fastest shipper but are there fastest at making excuses. They have an excuse for everything. I ordered for my truck like many have but they lie and don't tell you the are not instock. Instead they act like they are and take your money right away. Been over a week and I've received no tracking order and called and told it could be 20 days. Pathetic, excuse of a company with they're shark tactics. Do not use... Refund could be 1 to 10 days but they can take it out right away.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE

Ordered running boards that were suppose to come with everything to install them. Received just the boards. After 2 months of going back and forth with them on the phone and chat room on their website, they tell tell me a lie saying it doesn't come with the installation kit and im stuck with a set of running boards and searching for parts. Their website says it comes with everything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wrong instructions

So I ordered running boards for a 2018 F250. Beautiful product well-built I began the process of installing them following the instructions they sent after installing both driver and passenger realized they weren't right took them back off call the company found out they sent the wrong instructions after dealing with customer service they sent me a new instructions and set me a $$ return for my aggravation and apologized. Humans make mistakes and overall satisfied with the outcome I would definitely purchase from this company again. Customer service was extremely Pleasant to work with

Best scam ever

I ordered my runningboards for my 2015 Dinali after five days they tell me they have shipped didn't receive them called Customer service they said my runningboards was in Louisiana gave me a number to Estes trucking I called them they said my tracking number belong to a guy in Leesville Louisiana my order form clearly states that I live in Memphis Tennessee stay away from these people they are a rip off

Wrong Product Sent

The running boards I ordered stated they would fit a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab and were clearly too short. They refused to replace it with the correct pair due to it being past the 30 day return window despite stating if I waited beyond 30 days, I may be charged a restocking fee to return it, instead they flat out refused to fix their mistake.

Purchased running boards for our new pickup, sight was easy to navigate, and purchase was simple. 7 days later I haven't received an email about shipping or anything g so I get on the chat and ask. The girl is nice enough and tells me that she has created a tracking ticket and that some one would get with me.

2 days later and nothing, so I email the same customer service and get no response so I talk to another and tell her I need an answer today on when my package will ship. The next day I finally get an email from the tracking person who needs 24 "Business hours" to find out what's going on. This is on a Friday mind you, so on Tuesday "4 more days later" we finally get a response saying the warehouse is backed up and they don't know when they would be able to get our steps to us! So 2 WEEKS just to find out that we would not be able to get our steps! So we ask for a refund, now they took our money from our account that day but guess what, it's gonna take 7 to 10 business days to get it back! I highly recommend not using running board warehouse or any of there subsidiaries

Look elsewhere

Ordering process was simple and easy. Product is good quality except for the dent in the running board. We notified Customer service ASAP and heard back 8 days later when they requested a photo. We sent the photo and waited 3 weeks without any response. After following up again they offered us $75 credit on $485 purchase to keep the damaged running board. We are a professional painting company and did not want damaged equipment on our brand new truck and asked them to ship a new running board. They offered $85 instead. When we said "No thank you" a second time and requested that they allow us to return the product, they said the return could not be authorized because the parts had been installed. What a disappointing experience. The damage obviously occurred prior to the items being sent as the shipping carton was in perfect condition. So frustrating and not indicative of a company that honors their brand, but rather the bottom line. Well the bottom line is that your should look elsewhere for your equipment because if it doesn't arrive in perfect condition, you are probably out of luck.

So ordering was easy, item shipped quickly, instructions are not the best, but I was able to understand how to install since I had already watched a video on installation. I got one of the front brackets on and went to install one of the rear brackets only to find out I was missing the hardware for both rear brackets. All the packages had a QC inspection sticker on them. I guess who ever counts was either drunk, or just don't care about the job they are doing. This is why American manufacturing has gone downhill over the years. Now I have to wait another week before I even get the hardware needed. P.S. I dont' know how they have a 4.8 on google reviews since I wasn't able to even find out how to post a google review. HMMMM

I Ordered ROM-21*******9419 - Romik RB2 Black Running Boards for $500.50 for my 2018 jeep grand Cherokee, turns out they dont fit. Called the company and they tell me to take pictures and email them.

Spoke to a guy named Sloan Lawrence. The next day i call Mr Sloan again and he sees the pics and say your right they dont look like they fit so he say he must notify the manufacturer Romik because apparently they screwed up!. 1 hour later i get a call from a guy from the manufacturer which i never dealt with tell me that if i installed them i cant get credit and they wont accept the return.

I tell him how the *** can i tell they dont fit my car if i dont try it on, he then tells me well im letting you know they wont take it back and issue the refund, i then hang up and call the guy Sloan at the running board warehouse to ask him why this guy from romik called me and said what he said, he says wow hes not supposed to do that i ask him how he got my info if i dealt with your company direct and paid you guys my money, he then says *** see what he can do. Now i get an email from the running board warehouse with a return fed ex label so i can send it back to the Romik Manufacturer the people who said that they are not issuing a credit or refund, So im not an idiot i can see the screw job coming, so i tell everyone beware this company only wants your money and if all gos well with your item OK, but if you have a problem like them giving you the wrong item, get the grease ready!

Look at the photos you can see the bolts and the ends are on my moldings where when the vehicle moves it will probably dig into the moldings and the quality is not good, so if you read this dont make the same mistake i did and i will be posting this on more sites and will make a youtube video so i hopr it was worth it ripping me off running board warehouse.

A few problems, but they're trying

They have some problems, but the customer service people do try and resolve the situation. They called back promptly and worked through the problems. They ultimately were missing some hardware which I picked up at the store (something they can fix). They offered to credit but the expense without request.

They have some things to fix, but they're trying hard. I take back my 1 star and improve to 4.

Great website, but so far poor customer service.

They show times to call, but you call and they aren't there. The chat feature doesn't work. Their return address on their confirmation doesn't work.

So far I've paid my money but have nothing to show for it. Not even a response.

Looked them up and found out what I should have already known. They aren't good.

They own other sites too, so check carefully before ordering.

Looked at the website and found the nuff bars I wanted, called a customer service representative and took less then 5 minutes to fill the order. Took 5 days to ship and on the Vehicle less than a 30 mins. Very pleased with the product and service from the site.

Poor customer service, this company pretty much states that once they get your money and confirm shipment they are done with you and are not willing to help in resolving issues/questions. Be careful with a company that is quick to state "did you read our shipping guidelines" before trying to understanding your issue. In my case, not all my packages arrived, I signed for what was received and the fright company noted what was received only. When I called Running Board Warehouse they told me that was between me and the shipping company and they had to intentions on assisting even though I was their customers. One more reason why I should have bought local I guess…
