I am waiting on a return for a cushion WS*******. Unfortunately I ordered a few different things and the way you do everything by an invoice number and not a description of the product has made it difficult to tell which order you are talking about. I was very unhappy as my rug was just dropped at the corner of my street, nowhere near my house. Neighbors spotted it and I drove out and got it. I put in a request to return the cushion about 10 days ago and have heard nothing.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. Rug was what I expected quality wise, not a top grade rug, but good for the price. The colors were not quite as shown or described. Colors were off from site and what I consider as old color schemes. Not modern up to date colors for this particular rug. It works for me for now and I will keep it, but if I had paid much more for it, it would go back. I feel like you are trying to get rid of old colors with cheap prices. Probably would not order from you again. Rug pad looks to be a nice one though.

Rug is great, very pretty, just as expected. After receiving my order, there are a few problems.
The pad is not the correct size, too big. I wanted to return it, only to find that you do not accept returns on pads. This was not shown on the original screen to place orders.
So, I am not happy about owning a too big pad, worth $86.00 non usable.

In general, your rug pad should fit the dimensions of your rug as closely as possible. Rug pads that are smaller than your rugs will fail to secure the edges, a key feature in preventing falls. Pads that are too large, however, will stick out from beyond your rug. This is unsightly and can distract from your rug’s pattern.
If you can’t find a rug pad that meets your rug’s dimensions, it’s always best to buy bigger than necessary. Unlike rugs, pads are made from materials that are easy to cut and reshape to fit your needs. Though rug pads are very durable, their rubber- and fiber-based make-up allows you to make these customizations with a simple pair of scissors.
