I think this is the sixth rug I've ordered from Rugs USA. I've loved every one of them! Great rugs and great company to do business with.

Always come to Rugs USA as my first stop when I need a rug :) this is maybe my 3rd or 4th I've bought from here.
Edited after most recent order: received the wrong rug and was told it was due to color differences on "screen." That is absolutely false. The trim was cream on the rug I received and dark brown on the rug pictured on the site. Support still insisted that It was color difference. :( not a great experience bc of that. Sending back due to this. The support agent did help get a return ticket issued quickly, though, so I'm pleased with that.

I'm sorry that your Beige Native Indoor/Outdoor With Tassels 6' 7" x 9' Area Rug didn't arrive as expected. I see based on the photo that you sent that the rug you received is the correct rug. This rug is a light beige/cream color with brown accent lines.

I was look No for a rug larger than the one I got. The other rug one size up, was too large for the space and too expense.

I liked the rug they were thinner than I expected but we're ok. I received only 1 of the 2 rugs first I had to contacted the company concerning this and found out Fed X lost the second rug but I did receive the rug a few days later.

The shopping experience was great, but the rug itself was not what I expected at all. The photos online are navy blue and red hues, but the rug I received is more teal and orange.
