My two rug orders took much longer then stated when I ordered. This caused issues as we were moving so when date of delivery keeps changing that does not work. I called right away when the first rug changed delivery date to after our move to update the ship to address. The address never got updated with FedEx so being delivered to old address.

The ordering and shipping went well. I just don't like the rug. It is not as pictured on the website because it is an off-white color with a yellowish undertone. So it does not go with my decor. Also it is thicker and less neat than pictured. And it really sheds. Not the best quality. If I didn't have to go through the hassle of paying for shipping I would return it.

The initial problem in the beginning where it noted in my order status that it was delivered but it was not received and there was no way of assuring who received it was a waste of time and frankly was concerning. However, it was corrected in a timely manner, but time and convenience have been lost. It can be addressed if there's a way to sign for the packages delivered. Regarding Quality of rug. There are some loose ends, unfinished area, but I can accept it still works for our use. If it was standing alone in the middle of the room, it would be noticeable and probably get worse.

There was an issue with the shipping of our rug and customer service cleared everything up and offered to send a new rug if I didn't receive the one I ordered.
The rug is beautiful and everything shipped the same day that I ordered it and arrived quickly (aside from the one rug - but it was an issue with the carrier)

Good but the rug pad is slightly larger then the rug

This is completely normal and rug pads are meant to be trimmed to perfectly fit underneath your area rug.
We suggest taking the following steps to get the perfect trim:
1. Pick the perfect spot for your area rug!
2. Lay your rug pad down where you'd like your area rug
3. Lay your area rug on top of your rug pad
4. If possible, leave your rug pad and area rug out for about 24-48 hours to allow all of the creases to relax before trimming
5. Once the creases have relaxed, use fabric scissors to vertically or horizontally trim your rug pad
6. Vacuum the rug to remove any air-bubbles from trimming the rug pad
7. Place your furniture back in place and enjoy your new area rug!
