Love the rug. Arrived folded in a small box so easy to transport but it has creases upon arrival. Info said to wait a week for creases to disappear but it's going on 2 weeks now and they're still there :( my only complaint. Otherwise rug is very soft and looks nice

Was an easy experience with the Augmented reality to select the Ru, Delivery was delayed due to current circumstances which is fine but the quality of the rug concerns me, the rug is shedding quite a lot than i would expect.

I originally ordered a 4x6 and an 8x10 carpet. Several days later, I was notified that the 8x10 carpet was not in stock and it might be 3 to 6 months before we could get a replacement. I had to reach out to your customer service department to cancel the smaller carpet since I would not need it if I did not also have a larger carpet. I might add that the larger carpet was STILL listed as available on your website when all this happened. What a joke. A week later, I found two more carpets that I like (a 4x6 and an 8x10). I ordered them on 9/18 and you shipped them. I received the small carpet but the large carpet was lost in shipping. Your customer service unit cancelled my order for the larger carpet. I complained about cancelling it since once again, it was no longer in stock and I figured that FEDEX might be able to find the carpet. As it turns out, they did find the carpet and I ultimately received it. In the mean time, however, I went to a Walmart Superstore and bought two more carpets to replace the 9/18 order. I ultimately did receive the 9/18 order and do like the carpets, so I am now going to return the Walmart Carpets. I have WASTED well over 12 hours on this project and think that your internal operations are a mess. Camilla is customer service was nice, but that is about it. Under the circumstances, I request that you totally waive the cost of the large carpet. I already paid for the small carpet.
My two braided rugs each had a snag when they arrived … not worth sending back.

The rug took 2.5 weeks to be delivered. FedEx was not helpful in giving a precise delivery dates they never did actually. It kept changing, but was never honored. The rug went from NYC to California to Washington to California (to actual location). Absolute non sense
