The shipping experience was horrible. The rug was scheduled to be delivered when no one would be home. This isn't a small box FedEx can tuck in a corner, it's a 70lb 10x13 rug! When I called customer service to change the delivery date they said they couldn't do that. I couldn't do it through FedEx and the FedEx office is an hour away. Make sure you'll be home to receive your shipment. Rugs USA, use a better shopper.

The rug more than met my expectations. I spent much more than I normally would and was very pleased with the quality of the rug.

One of the rugs was just as pictured and wonderful. The second rug has threads coming out and is not fluffy at all (bought a shag rug).

We were so excited for our seagrass rug but sadly, it arrived damaged in several places. Customer service was excellent - they made the return process fast and easy, with prompt replies to my calls and emails, frequent communication, and prompt follow-up. They were kind enough to waive the normal return fees and even gave me a generous coupon to use on a future purchase (which I am excited to do). They turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one. I will definitely order from them again.

Ordered a 6×9 and runner. The size for the runner was not what I expected but there was no other size for the runner. I wanted a longer, more narrow type of runner. But for the one I got to match the larger rug was no other size available.

I have ordered this rug 3 times in a row now and the rug I received is not the same as the others, made thinner and different material completely.

Easy to find what I wanted. Although my first shipment was apparently lost the customer service was great and a new one was sent and arrived promptly. It is exactly as pictured and perfect for the intended space. Am delighted with my new rug!
