Super easy experience with purchasing rug. Delivery of rug was HORRIBLE and customer service regarding delivery was worthless. Rug finally arrived and it does not look like the picture online. Rug works in my space but was disappointed, especially after the cost. Would have returned if it weren't such a NIGHTMARE in getting it in the first place.

The selection and order process was very easy. The rugs arrived very quickly and I am very happy with them.

Delivery took a bit. Rug is lovely. Still having some trouble getting it to lay completely flat. Looks better than before tho. Lost a start due to being shipped folded and making it difficult to get smooth.

Unfolded the rug. It was left flat on the floor outstretched for 2 weeks and I never could get it to lay flat. Poor quality! I have ordered other rugs that I was pleased with but not this one.

My original order came quickly but was incorrect as the rug I wanted wasn't supposed to have tassels. I contacted Rugs USA and they were prompt and efficient with my return and sent me the new rug I ordered quickly after. My new rug is beautiful and soft. It is perfect and I LOVE, LOVE it! This style pulls my whole room together giving it a much needed upgrade.

When the rug arrived it was the right product it was just very delayed. I was updated when i reached out to customer service and was informed of supply and shipping delays. I was offered a discount for the delay but never received the refund.

We ordered this rug based on the rugs USA catalogue but upon delivery found out the color was much brighter than we expected. This led us to return the rug. We ordered one rug previously and liked it and kept it.
