The rug arrived way sooner than I expected! On top of that, it looks exactly as pictured and it's very soft. I love it! It's earned a few compliments by friends.

I loved the rug when I first received it and put it down. It really warms up the space and I love the look. It feels soft underfoot. Within the first few days however, the strings started pulling up -- I can only assume it's from my dog's nails. Then, as I tried to vacuum it, more and more strings started pulling up and now get caught in my vacuum cleaner. It looks a mess and I've only had it a short time. I'm really upset that it is so delicate that it can't even be vacuumed.

My experience with Rugs USA was very great start to finish. I had previously ordered a lamp from Amazon, it took 2 weeks to get and it looked nothing like the picture or description (said it was off white, really it was beige almost brown) when I received it and it was damaged. I found another lamp I liked and found it on a few sites. Rugs USA had the best price, so I purchased. My order arrived very quickly and the lamp was perfect!

I mean, it looks like the photo and is thick feeling. But intermediately fibers from the rug started coming out. Poorly made, but what should I expect from such a site, I guess?

The rug was much lighter than the pic and more sparkly. Not super appropriate for a study more for a girls room?

The price was great and delivery was quick. Rug was soft and gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. I was prepared for insane fiber shedding because of other reviews so it is what it is (two months in and it's still shedding like a dog in springtime) but was not prepared for how bad it would smell. I left it on the patio for two days, sprinkled it with baking soda, left the windows open for a solid three weeks... and the entire room still reeks. At this point, just gonna stick with it and hope it goes away over time but yiiiikes the smell is bad.

I love this rug! It's well made and beautiful. Sheds a bit when you vacuum the first few times, but no regrets.

Bought this for our living room and it rolled out evenly and doesn't have a smell. It is a true chocolate brown! We recommend purchasing a thick rug pad!

I've had this rug for over a month, and I still can't get it to lay flat. I finally put a rug mat under it, and it's no different. Won't be ordering from you in the future.
