I am a fan of spinx rugs and this company has them at a great price. Orders arrive quickly and the products do not disappointed. The one in my heavy traffic is 7yrs okd n i still love it!

I don't know that I've ever actually written a review but my experience has been so terrible that I feel the need to help others. My on-line account is not saved, difficult to track shipments and when I call to sort out double billing, the reps are condescending and blaming me for their mishandling of the order and the billing. Truly terrible. Purchase from somewhere, anywhere else!

Hi Pam, I apologize again for the confusion with your order. I had our tech team look into why your credit card declined so many times on our site and unfortunately, we found no reason other than maybe your credit card company thought it was fraudulent. We recently upgraded our security system and there were a few credit card companies that were a bit slow in catching up to the new security measures. It appears that our on line "status update" system just got very confused because we had to manually import the declined order and there just wasn't any way customer service could fix that. Having said that, no one is more frustrated than we are when someone is unable to complete a purchase with us easily.

I do see that we offered to give you an amazing discount on your next order due to the inconvenience and there are notes in your file indicating such (this offer will not expire). I also verified that you were not double charged for anything and it appears that all the items on your order shipped very quickly and without incident. Please let us know if there is anything further that we can do, and please don’t hesitate to contact me directly if you get a suspicious “decline” again or have any other concerns.

I was never ever told I could return the rugs because they were sage green instead of the black and khaki. After I called, I was told the order would be reviewed then was sent an email that said my request was denied. I could not send them back. Your response to my complaint was completely false. I might even still have the email you sent to me.

Hi Tonnie, I am sorry you were not pleased with your Rag rugs. Since rag rugs are hand made from strips of fabric, each one will be unique and different (sometimes VERY different) so getting any that look exactly like the one on screen is pretty rare. I do see that we did make an accommodation to allow you to send these back well past the 30 day return period and I am happy to extend that further if you would still like to consider returning them. Since they are very small and very lightweight, they should fold easily into one small box and go back via USPS for under $10. I have also made a note in your account so that if you decide to reselect something else, we can make you an accommodation on that purchase too. Just remind us of your previous issue before ordering please.

Scam!

I ordered a rug from them that was said to be a gray color. However when I received the rug it was actually more Brown. Therefore I no longer wanted the rug because it did not match with anything in my home. I contacted the company... they gave me instructions on how to return the rug and told me that I would be responsible for the shipping price. I went to UPS to return the rug... It ended up costing me almost $200 just to send the rug back. I made sure the rug was very nice and secure in the original packaging and put heavy duty trash bags on top to ensure that it would be safe and also wrapped tape around the trash bags from bottom to the top. The rug was double secured. In the original packaging, which was plastic and also additional plastic. I made sure that this was very secure because I wanted to be certain that I would received my refund... A few days later I received an email from the company telling me that I would not be receiving my refund because the rug came to them damaged. They said the damages were because of UPS and the rug would be returned back to me. At this point I'm irate. They sent me two pictures of the rug that were not very detailed with "so call damages". It also showed the trash bags in the original packaging ripped off the rug. There is no proof as to whether UPS did this or that they did this themselves because they did not want to take a loss on such an expensive rug. After talking with them a few times they were very rude and I decided to contact an attorney! As of now I am still out of $1000. I would recommend that no one purchase from them. They do not offer return labels because they know that returning the rug will be so expensive that most will not even bother with it. However if you're like me and you decide to return the rug they will then claim that the rug is damaged. DO NOT BUY! You will be better off purchasing from Rugs USA or overstock.com

I feel I was robbed

I contacted this company to ask if they could ship a large rug to Ecuador. Yes we can replied *, manager and referred me to a shipping company. The rug never arrived and was lost in transit. Eventually the shipping company refunded the cost of the shipping but Ms. * refused. Return the rug she repeated, knowing that I never received it. She then told me that there would be no further discussion. So, her preferred shipping company was unable to deliver, the rug is lost and I lose $700.00.
If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

I bought 2 rugs from these people and they began to fall apart within 3 months. These rugs are in our bedroom which is not exactly a high-traffic area. When I called to ask them what I should do to correct this situation, they told me to call the manufacturer. I bought the carpets from them, they should stand behind their products. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!

Rug was $1,000 (not cheap!) It was not really worth that much, locally this rug would have been half the price. Got the most expensive rug pad (again not cheap) and it came in two pieces! Now whenever I want to readjust the rug I need two or three people. Sending back would have been very spendy. If they were going to send me a two-part rug pad, I would have declined.

We ordered 5 rugs but only 2 arrived. Brianna in customer service was able to help us & found the 3 rugs did not ship from the manufacturer. That was great because it turned out we had ordered the wrong size so we were able to have her cancel them and avoid paying return shipping. We would order from them again.

I ordered two rugs from this company and paid by pay pal (big mistake) one was a 5x7 and one was a 2x3. They were nothing like explained and the picture of the colors was wrong. I ordered it Nov 10 and did not get it for three weeks. In the meantime I found some rugs on Overstock and ordered them. I am disabled and it is hard for me to shop for large items. So I looked at their return policy as most companies just let you print a return label and you put it on the package and that is it. Well this company you had to make your own label, but the email inside the package that they said don't open... and write the RA on it and when they get it they will decide if they will refund you or not. So I took it to UPS and said to send ground and to my suprise I spent almost $70.00 to return two rugs that cost me $200.00. I called overstock and asked them why is your company so much cheaper and she said because we give you the return label so you can receive the corporate rate. She was suprised that any company would do that. Plus they said we have the right to not refund you. I have never heard of such a thing and want to warn anyone to never buy from them.
