Online purchase of Feizy rug

Karla provided excellent customer service. She was responsive, polite and provided the resource necessary to receive a 10% promotional discount. However, I was not pleased that I could not receive the 20% promotional discount for first time customers, who I am. Karla explained Feizy rugs were not eligible. Bummer! Poor advertising.

I ordered 2 rugs, different sizes of the same design, a Tibetan Weave 405,80 knot, in sage. The rugs arrived a day apart and exactly when promised. I am returning the smaller one as the 5'6"x8'6" suits my room size best. I am very pleased with both the colors and the very soft hand. While it is slightly darker than expected, the colors are subtle and nuanced, and it looks great. Thank you for a super product and excellent value!

Great experience

I recieved my first rug and it had a small stain on it. Yvonne at Rug Studio got involved and very quickly had return info available for the stained rug and my new rug on the way to me. I am very happy with RugStudio.

I have been looking for the perfect rug for my living room forever... I finally found not one but four great looking rugs at RugStudio. I was happy that samples were available, so I could try a few in my space before committing to the perfect one. Customer service was also very helpful.

THE BLUE RUG

The rug arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. My only problem was that the rug I choose was not a good looking rug. It was dismal & dull & not what I wanted. The customer service representative was very understanding about my problem. They quickly issued an RA #.

Excellent Customer Service

I left a message on the after hours line and they called me at my office the next morning as they said they would. Brittany was terrific and I ordered 2 9 X12 rugs. I even forgot to order the pads and when I called her back she took care of that too. An excellent experience; start to finish!

Hunt for past purchase

I suggest they do not offer this bamboo rug any longer. It was wavy at the beginning, and I could not get it to stretch out. The seam at the edges is drawn too tight during sewing, and now matter how much I stretched it with weights, the rug returned to being wavy.
It is no good.
