I ordered two KAS carpets at different times from the Rug Studio. On the second request the carpet I wanted was out of stock. However, rug Studio stayed on top of my order and I was able to get the matching carpet that I needed in time for a family birthday

I ordered a rug online. I received it promptly in perfect condition. I have attached a photo but it doesn't do the colors justice. Very happy with my new Karastan rug.

I ordered an indoor/outdoor rug for our den for two reason: it opens to the outdoors (lots of things being tracked in) and one of our dogs had a big problem with the difference between indoor and outdoor activity. This was perfect--nice enough to be welcome inside and extremely durable.

These guys are awesome! If you have a question, you do not spend hours on hold on the phone - they are polite, informed, & attentive!

I ordered 2 of the Surya Pune rugs for my dining and hearth rooms. They look spectacular! We're moving from a fairly traditional to a more contemporary look and these are absolutely perfect. I think they work well with our more traditional dining room table and our contemporary coffee table. Ordering was easy and the rugs arrived quickly and were just what I expected.

I needed to buy a rug to match one we already have in our house. I signed up to the newsletter to get an additional discount, but the code didn't work since my rug had been discontinued. Katie in their customer service department explained things to me and was still able to set me up with a partial discount. Wonderful!
