I had a rug that I bought from this company through Amazon and they couldn't accept the return, but Rugs.com gave me a $90 credit. Which I ended using on their website and purchased a beautiful 6 foot round rug for my dining room. The entire process was simple and my rug arrived in few days. We love it and are very please with Rugs.com. Thank you for the credit!
I ordered runners and rugs, and two weeks later over $1600 in rugs was ordered and shipped to a person and address in Florida. Not me! Used my credit card info! I have been unable to get refund for these fraudulent charges from rugs.com. My bank is trying as well. I am now going to police and an attorney against rugs.coms obvious careless practices that put customers at in harm's way.
All communication is via a call center in some off shore location, and extremely difficult to understand. Beware!
The Rug options, the colors, and the prices and the quality of Rugs.com has made me a repeat customer. The shipping is fast. I've purchased 2 low pile rugs one for a home office the second for the master bedroom. I've had the office rug for a month. The rugs will come rolled and need time to relax. The standard carpet pad was easily to cut to size with a scissor.
The Blue color is more teal. And its 61" wide, too wide for my spot.
Looking through the different sizes, colors & material we picked one that we figured would be a perfect fit to our home. AND IT WAS! My wife, son & I absolutely love everything about it. Not only the look & feel, it being true to the size we chose BUT it also came very quickly! We ordered it on a Saturday & it was here by Wednesday! 5 stars
Website was easy to navigate, selection was unbelievable, prices were amazing, delivery was fast, quality was outstanding. What else can I say? Absolutely love my new rug.

This is the second time I've ordered a rug from Rugs.com. It will not be my last. I talk about this company all the time. I've already given out your information to a friend today. I ordered this rug on Friday March 8 and it was delivered on Sunday 10th before I left for church at 8:30 am. AWESOME!
That is not the best part. The customer service representative I talked with was absolutely the best. I have moved in the last two weeks to another city. I had not had time to change my mailing address for rugs.com. She was able to help me with my issue. I have since been able to change the address. She was absolutely the BEST!
